I'm snuggled in my blankets, looking at Xenia who was looking out the window. She looks like she's thinking hard, I didn't want to interrupt but I have to. "You could sleep in here if you want?" I asked her with a smile.

She shakes her head, "No, but thanks for the offer. I'll stay if it makes you feel better?" She asked. I just nod my head, curling into my bed sleeping away.

The next morning, I find Xenia nowhere in sight but the sun shining through the tall green trees. I leaned back feeling relaxed, getting out of bed slowly I walked over to the window seeing nothing but trees. I got dressed finally, heading downstairs. It's the weekend so I have an excuse to just lay back and relax. I groaned as I flop on the couch, feeling it's untouched. My mother is asleep, Xenia is probably out and about as well Zee. So, for now, I have the home to myself. I smiled as I closed my eyes, enjoying the silence.

Soon enough my mother comes down saying a good morning greeting, but I just hummed in response. It was silent and a few moments later the coffee machine is running, it smells nice. I took a deep breath and smiled, earning a chuckle from my mother. "I knew you would want some." She giggled. My mother, the caring mother. I walked over to the counter, sitting in my usual spot.

"You know me so well mother." I chime. She just smiles as she puts a cup of coffee that has creamer already in it. I smelt nice as I took a sip of the burning water making me put it down quickly.

"Still haven't learned, have you?" She asked. I just smiled knowing she's right.

Later that night Xenia and Zee came back home, Xenia holding a cup of coffee while Zee just shaking her head. I got up from the couch, walked up to Xenia she looked down at me with confusion. "Happy to see me?" She asked with a smile.

I shook my head as I grab the coffee and quickly walked away. It took a minute for her to realize until I dumped it down the sink. "You have to sleep at one point." Zee laughed at my response, which sounded weird. She looked sad, "What."

"That wasn't coffee." She cried almost in tears.

No wonder Zee laughed, "Oh..." She looked at Zee, she's crying; a tear trying to break loose.

"Zee! Can we go back to get my..." She looked straight at me, "chai tea." I froze.

"I'm sorry!" I told her trying to comfort her but it wasn't working. She smiles softly.

"It's fine..." I knew she wasn't.

I smiled as she just takes a moment to realize my mom comes near us holding out a coffee mug that looks like coffee. "While you were whining and complaining, I found you stash of Chai tea and made you some." She smiles. "Your welcome Alpha." She stared at the cup, gently taking the cup out of my mother hands.

"Thank you." She whispers while taking a sniff of the look like coffee. Held it in her hands while she walked over to her chair and sat, staring at the cup. Mumbling something under her breath as my mom and I just smile. Zee was already gone into his room while Xenia just sits there smiling into her cup. I sat near Xenia who looked up to me and smiled, "Your mom is awesome." She smiled looking down at her cup.

I smiled, "Oh really?" I asked.

She nods, "I forgot how my family looks like but I just hear them. I didn't really have a 'mom' growing up. My ex-mate mom treated me like her daughter but it wasn't the same." She said sadly.

"You were rejected?" I asked looking at her.

She shook her head, "No, but you have to remember I didn't know English back then so it was really hard for them to understand." She smiles, "So I took lessons at night just with some books and audio." She laughed.
