In Nicole's apartment ...

It's been a few weeks since I first saw my Waverly, after 7 years of thinking I'd lost it. Your smile is still the sweetest I've ever seen, your most intense eyes. Her green eyes make me feel vulnerable, even when nothing is said. And she does not even remember me. Nothing about her remembers me. Still, I know my Wave is still there somewhere.
I close my eyes and take a deep breath. I'm sitting on my couch with the TV on, but I do not feel exactly here, I'm lost somewhere in time, lost by the time I was really happy.

Flashback On: 9 years ago...

- Hmm ... these donuts are really good. - Waverly says, giving a big bite in the donut I brought to us - How did you know these are my favorites?
We are in one of the long intervals of training at SAFE and I went to the street to buy her favorite donuts.
-You could deduct it the other day when you almost killed someone in the cafe for not having vanilla donuts. - I laugh, remembering the situation.
She smiles at me and looks at me with that look that makes me lose track of time, space, the world, everything:
-Nicole?  -She asks, waking me from my thoughts.
- Yes? - I say, trying to get myself together. I look back at her again, her eyes fixed on mine and I feel a shiver running all over my body.
I approach slowly, not taking my eyes off hers. I note that her gaze falls to my lips and I watch her bite her lower lip before looking me in the eyes again. I stop holding me and with my hand I touch her face, touching my lips to hers. I feel its taste, feeling my heart beat faster than it ever hit.
Her hands grip my waist and I kiss her more intensely, running her tongue lightly inside her mouth. She grabs me harder and makes the kiss more intense. I begin to feel my breath drain away from her, opening my eyes to look into hers. I see her green eyes with desire and her lips show a provocative smile.
- We have training though. - I say, after a sigh and leaning my forehead against hers.
-Yes, but it is not already.  -She smiled and kissed me again.

Flashback Off: Present...
I feel a tear trickling down my face and tightness in my stomach. I miss touching her, hugging her, kissing her. I miss my Wave. Even though I know she's close, I still feel her far away.
I am out of my thoughts when I hear the bell ring. Clearing my tears, I take a deep breath and go to the door, opening it without even seeing who it is:
- Haught! - Wynonna says in her cheerful way - You do not respond to the messages, so we came to visit you.
-Hello Nicole. - greets Doc, who is after Wynonna.
I smile and signal to enter.
-
-
After a few hours of conversation:
-So how is your sister, who never forgot you? - I ask in an ironic tone.
I can see that Doc scowls and raise his eyebrows at Wynonna.
-Her fiancé looks very possessive. He always want to know where she is, what she is doing. - She says, gesturing. -Do you think he even controls the food and drink in the house?
- He looks like a paranoid. - Doc says, opening the eyes - The baby girl was always independent, trying to be free. - She frowns and sighs.  -I do not even know how she got married to someone like that.

At Tucker's house ...

Waverly wakes up in her bed, strangely empty again. She gets up, but this time she does not call for Tucker. She left the room, heading for the kitchen, expecting to find someone. But the kitchen is empty. The first rays of daylight enter through the window. Waverly serve herself a glass of water. She drinks some water and she feels a hand on her shoulder. She jumps up, followed by a scream, and turns suddenly, letting the glass fall:
- Calm down, it's just me.  -Nicole says softly.  -Let me help you clean it. - She says, picking up the broken glass.
Waverly recovers from the scare, Nicole observes, wondering why she would be at her house in the middle of the morning. Nicole turns to Waverly and their eyes meet:
- Thank you for your help. - She smiles at her, feeling her throat dry and a strange new sensation all over her body.
- You're welcome. - Nicole says in her sweet smile - So this is where you live ... with your fiancé?
Waverly nods. Nicole approaches:
- He's very lucky to have you. - She says, lightly touching her long brown hair. She smile and then their eyes met, this time more intensely and closer.
Waverly feels the heart beat much faster and further diminishes the distance that separates them, staying a millimeter away, watching her lips. Unable to think, she brings her lips closer to Nicole's, trying to taste her.
Suddenly, everything gets blurred, far away and disappears

Waverly awakens in her bed with Tucker, still with the sensation that the presence of Nicole made it feel. Look to the side, your fiancé still sleeps.
She gets up and goes to the window, opening it to catch some morning breeze. She sighs quietly, trying to erase from her memory the dream she had. But she remembers Nicole's lips, very close to hers and swallows dry, closing her eyes. She feels someone grab her at the waist:
- Good morning sweetheart. -Tucker says in a tone of sleep voice. Waverly gets scared and walks away from him.
- You scared me. - She says, catching her breath.
-Sorry, that was not my intention.  -He says, wrapping her in his arms again.
Waverly's phone rings, she turns away from the groom and answers:
- Rosita! - She says, smiling.  - All right?
Tucker looks at her and smiles.
-Oh ... yes. - Waverly replied, feeling nervous with the groom's gaze. - And you?
Tucker tells Waverly that he going to take a shower and leaves the room, relieving her. She does not understand why she feels nervous about Tucker's gaze:
- ... right? - Rosita asks from the other side of the line.
- What? I'm sorry, I did not hear.
- Are we still going to the BSS tests today?  -Rosita asked, referring to Boston's Secret Services.
- Yes, Yes. I'm just going to get dressed and I'm leaving. - Waverly says hastily.
- We'll meet you at the back of Shorty's. See you soon. - Rosita says good-bye.
Waverly dresses quickly, prepares a knapsack with sports clothes and goes to the front door. She stops for a second, then turns to the toilet and says, smiling:
- Honey, I'm going for a ride with Rosita. See you later. - And leaves in a hurry.
Tucker enters the room with dissatisfied air. He does not like it when Waverly left without him, not knowing exactly where she would go. She dressed in a hurry to try to arrive in time to follow, but his phone rang. Seeing it was Beth calling, his expression softened.
-So you have the records I asked you to do? - He asks as he picks up the phone.
-Do not look so nervous, little brother.  -She laughs.
- Do you or not? - He asks, losing his temper.
- I have, but I do not think there is any problem. Only the usual workers came in, no one else.
- Not even Robert? Or Nicole? He asks, now in a nervous tone.
-No, Nicole's flight was scheduled for the afternoon, and Bobo was in New York. - She says, hearing the brother's sigh at once and giving a little laugh - But you know Nicole is back. Do you really think she's not going to discovered? Or Waverly?
- Get into your life and leave me alone! -He says, putting the phone down abruptly.
