The doe, the Stag and the Grim

Prolouge

Severus Toby's Snape didn't have an easy life, with an abusive father and a cowardly mother he didn't trust easily, but that all change when he met a young girl with auburn hair and lively emerald eyes, her name Lily Evans. They both were special, they had magic, something muggles -people with out magic- feared. At eleven a letter came for the two, a letter from Hogwarts -a school for witches and wizards alike- a place where they both could finally fit in, well that's what they had thought leading up until the time Hogwarts became their home. Hogwarts had four houses that students were segregated into; Slytherin, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. During time a rivalry formed between two houses; Slytherin and Gryffindor. For the two children this would be the end of their friendship. When the time of the sorting came both children, alike everyone else, were nervous of their sorting, the name of Lily Evans was called and the words 'Gryffindor' echoed of the walls of the great hall, when Severus' name was called he couldn't help but shake as the sorting hat was placed on his head 'Slytherin' the hat announced. That one word was the start of Severus' life falling apart.
