I hate Mondays. part 1

Casey's POV:

"Casey! Get up time for school!" Colby yelled jumping on my bed. "Noooo. 10 more minutes." I said hiding under my blanket even more. "Me to bub but its 7:00." He replied still jumping a bit. I shot straight up running to my bathroom. "WHY DIDNT YOU WAKE ME UP SOONER. MY HAIR IS SO HARD TO DEAL WITH IN THE MORNING!" I yelled shutting the door and immediately shutting the door. I hop in the shower wetting my hair and combining my shampoos together then washing my body and rinsing it all off. I grab my towel and rush out my the bathroom door running to my closet. "Sorry! I didn't know what time you wake up, the school isn't that far so I figured you get up at 7:00." He said rushing out of my room and shutting the door. "Its Ok! I should have told you I get up at 6:30. I'll be down in 10 minutes!" I yelled as I put my pants on.  I pick out my shirt and quickly putting it on. I put on my socks and shoes then went back in the bathroom and blow dried my hair then putting some sleek and shine in then blow drying again, then combing it then blow drying it again. After putting my blow dryer away along with the sleek and shine bottle I quickly brush my teeth. My toothpaste tasted like the worse toothpaste in the world. Bubble gum. I rinse my mouth leaving my bathroom then I grabbed my phone and backpack then went down stairs. "Ok Colby I'm leaving! I yelled walking towards the door. "Do you want me to give you a ride?" He asked grabbing his keys. "Yeah." I nodded. We get in the car then waited for the gate to open, then pulling out and making sure the gate closes and driving off. "What grade are you in?" He asked while keeping his eyes on the road. "10th." I said locking my phone. "Are there any subjects that you aren't your best in?" He asked glancing at me. "Umm Horticulture, any more questions before I get out?" I asked as he pulls up to the school. "I can ask the rest at home. Have a good day. Be good!" He said. "Ok I will. See ya later when I get home from hell." I said getting out. He laughed a little before driving off. I walked into school looking at the lunch menu before ordering lunch. My school orders lunch in the morning so that way the lunch ladies know how much food to make and how many extras just in case. "Who was that?" Jackie asked who is now right beside me. "That was my new father." I said looking away. "New father? Hold up. You got adopted and didn't tell me! When and who?" She quickly asked stopping in her tracks. "Yesterday and Colby Brock. If you don't believe me you can come over and see for yourself." I said looking at her. "COLBY BROCK? NO WAY. THIS HAS GOT TO BE A PRANK!" She yelled. I put my hand over her mouth to keep her from saying anymore, people were already looking my way giving me dirty looks. "Its not a prank. I'll call him and ask him if its alright for you to come over." I said pulling out my phone and dialing Colby's number. Sam, him and Nate gave me their numbers yesterday in their car before dropping Nate off. It rang 3 times before I heard him pick up. "Hey Colby, is it alright if my friend comes over after school?" I ask and put it on speaker. "Yeah sure, do you want me to pick you guys up or are you gonna walk the 5 blocks?" He asked, I can hear someone yelling in the background. I looked to Jackie and she just shrugged her shoulders as if saying. She doesn't care. "Pick up plea-" I was cut off by someone taking my phone. "Awww is Casey talking to her imaginary boyfriend." I turn around to see Emma holding my phone in her hand with her two minions behind her smiling evily. "No. I'm talking to my dad." I said reaching to get it back. "Dad? Who would want to adopt you? Stop trying to get attention you whore. No one wants to adopt someone like you and your past and no one ever will." She said. "Im not lying I got adopted yesterday by Colby Brock you would know if you came back to the orphanage like you were supposed to. Where were you? Sucking Brad and Johns dick in a hotel room?" I said. She put the phone up to her ear and said "well Colby if this is even the real Colby Brock I bet you didn't know that Casey was raped and cuts. She sucks dick behind the bleachers because she's a whore who wants attention." Her minions laughed as I stood there jaw dropped with Jackie as mad as a bull. "Chloe what's that your trying to cover up? Omg is that a ZIT?!" Jackie yelled. "Zoey you said no one would notice!" Chloe yelled. "Emma I think I see one by your nose. Looks like it's gonna be a big one." I said squinting my eyes to make it look like I really saw one. Emma scoffed and dropped my phone but I caught it in time. Colby was still on the line. "This is not the end you sluts. Girls let's go." She said and turned around. "Helloooo anyone there?" I hear. I put the phone up to my ear and say "sorry about that." My voice cracks. Me and Jackie started to go to the bathroom. We went to the other one on the far side of the campus because going to the first one would be a mistake. We walk in and see that no one else is in here. "Who was that?!" Colby yelled. I've never seen Colby pissed before this is new. I was trying not to sob so Jackie took the phone and talking for me.  Taking it off speaker and said. "That was Emma. She's the bully/ bitch in school." I was trying to contain my sobs so Colby couldn't hear but I'm certain it didn't work. "Yeah, I don't know much about that you'll have to ask Casey. Now? Ok here she is." I calmed myself down a bit before taking the phone from Jackie who was rubbing my back. "Yeah?" My voice cracks again. "You don't have a choice I'm coming to pick you up. Go to the office I'm on my way." He said still sounding pissed.  "Ok." I replied with wiping my eyes with my other hand. "See you in a bit bub." I can hear the jiggling of his keys. "See you in a bit dad." I said. He hung up and I turn to Jackie. "What did he say?" She asks. "He's coming to get me. You can still come over after school though I'll walk the two blocks to get you. Just text me when you get home so I know when to come get you." After I said that the bell rang. "I'll walk you to the office." She said. We get to the office and we say bye. I walk in and sit on a chair by the door.

**10 minutes later**

I was on my phone when I saw Colby walk in. "Hi I'm hear for Casey Brock." He said as he walks up to the front desk. "I'm sorry, but your not on the file that says your a guardian.  I can't let her go with you." The lady says. "You have the orphanages number right? Call them and ask them to send you a file to show you proof that he adopted me." I said a little pissed that she won't let me go with him. "Her brothers in the hospital and he really wants to see her. He only has a few more hours to live." Colby said looking at me then back at the lady. "Fine, please go wait over there." She said pointing to the chairs. We sat down and I had to keep my self from laughing. "Little brothers in the hospital? Really dad." He looked down to hide his wide smile. "It was the only thing I could think of okay? I'd like to see you try." He said. "Ok they sent me an email with the file that says your Casey's legal guardian. Did you adopt Emma Martin also?" The lady asked. I saw Colby face go from half a smile to a complete look of disgust on his face. "No, she wasn't there when I went to adopt." He said politely. I can tell he tried his best to keep his calm. His phone vibrated signaling that he got a text. "We gotta go. Jace is waiting for us." Colby said. "Bye, have a nice day." She waved. "You too." I said. We got in the car and drove home but there was a big truck parked in front of the other gate. I forgot Sam was moving out today...

I decided to make this a part 1 and part 2 will be posted sometime this week. I'm a horrible author I know. I'm new at this.
