Ok. This is what I imagine Haldor would say to Ylva/Erika if you could. It speaks of a man's love for his woman.

They were finally on their way home. After a six weeks honeymoon, Erika had decided that it was time to see their new home. Ragnar had called them the week before and told them that the builders were putting the final touches on their new craftsman style home. Haldor had poured over the plans, making sure that everything was to his little wolf's liking. He had even added a sauna and indoor pool and hot tub. He wanted everything to be just so. He knew Erika would never complain about it. But he still wanted her to have a beautiful, fine home. He looked over to where she was sleeping next to him, frowning. She had not been feeling well the last few days and was unaccountably fatigued lately. He was a little worried for his little wolf. He just got her back. He couldn't bear it if something happened to her again.

Suddenly realizing something, Haldor sat up straight and looked down at his wife, letting his gaze drift to her lower abdomen. He couldn't help it. He started grinning like a fool. Suddenly he burst out laughing with pure joy. He knew what was wrong with Erika. He was surprised that she hadn't figured it out yet. After all, she was a very intelligent woman, by all accounts. Erika had been startled awake by her husbands loud bark of laughter.

"What are you laughing about?" Erika asked him crossly.

"Nothing love. I'll let you know when we get home. It'll make a grand surprise. Go back to sleep. I'm sorry that I woke you." Haldor patted the back of his wife's head and pulled her into his shoulder to lay on. Snuggling in closer to him, she began to snore softly again. Haldor pulled out his phone and sent a quick text to Ragnar. In it he told him what he wanted and swore him to secrecy. He threatened his man-parts if he blabbed. Ragnar was very partial to the ladies and he also knew that his friend and boss was not joking.

Sometime later, Erika was awakened gently by her husband tenderly kissing her. Wrapping her arms around his neck she pulled him closer and deepened the kiss after nipping Haldor's lower lip. "Now now love. Not the time for that. We're about to land. I wanted you awake for this. That way you can be awake enough to walk off of the plane.

"Is Ragnar coming to meet us at the airport or are we renting a car?"While she felt better, she was still tired. Maybe she needed some vitamins. She would see a doctor after they settled into their new home.

"Ragnar had our car delivered to the airport for me to drive us home. We can stop in the village if you want and get something for dinner tonight. What do you think?" Haldor was bursting to tell her the news, but he wanted to wait and do it in the privacy of their home. He knew his wife well. She was going to go nuts. She would just about explode with happiness. He had everything planned. Ragnar was busy getting the nursery set up. He had a bout a three hour head start, plus the time it took them to drive home, after stopping in the village.

"I think stopping in the village for dinner is a great idea. That way neither of us have to cook or clean up tonight. We can eat out, go home, unpack and relax. I didn't realize when you said you wanted to have our home finished while we were gone that you were actually serious. Once you set your mind to it, things get done, don't they, love?" Erika looked up at her husband and smiled. She thought about their incredibly short time together. They meant so much to each other now in such a short time. There will be no more dreams. She had not had a single one, save for the one she had the day Haldor had awakened from his coma.

"What kind of Chieftain would I be if I didn't do what I said I would? Besides, I would move mountains for you. You are everything in the world to me. How can I not provide for the woman I love?" He replied.

"I'm sorry, honey. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings or get your dander up, as we say where I'm from. I was just trying to state, however wrong that it came out, that I was impressed with the speed and skill that you accomplish you goals. I didn't mean anything negative by it, Haldor." Erika was a little hurt. She thought her husband knew that she would never do anything to deliberately hurt him.

Haldor put his arm around his wife and pulled her close to his heart. "It's ok, little wolf. I suppose I'm tired as well. After all, it's been six weeks since we have been home. I think, no, I know I'm ready for my own bed. As good as our beds have been, even your home in Atlanta, I think both of us will feel more at ease once we are home. Besides, who was it that started clearing debris and getting the site ready to build on again. I'm not the only one who can accomplish their goals when they set their minds to it." Haldor hugged Erika and smiled down and her.

"Now, let's go get our luggage and go home. I'm anxious to see the finished product. I even have a couple of surprises for you." Haldor was whistling as her walked towards the baggage carousel.
