Part 3: Uncertainly

Phana's POV

As I dialed his number, different emotion starts to arise. I really can't grasp what is happening, Beam is still not moving on despite of our constant reassurance that Forth will not come back, but still he had that glimmer of hope that someday all the Gods in heaven will hear his prayers.

"Hello" his baritone voice still re echoes in my head. It's him, how can I forget his voice.

"So, your back for real? My voice is raising with a hint of anger and confusion.

There is a long pause and I was furiously waiting for his response.

"Aren't you gonna say anything, huh ai Forth" I am mad, he should speak up or else I'm gonna curse till his ears gone numb.

"Is that how you greet an old friend?

I was completely annoyed I swear my face is hitting red as tomato. This asshole still have that attitude of unleashing the beast inside.

"Shia Forth, I already considered you as an outsider when you left Beam without a reason" their was a thundering silence at the other side of the line.

"Ai Pha, I don't know where to begin?

Seriously, what kind of answer is that!

"Did you want a punch right now? Tell me where you are and I'm gonna kill you with my own hands! I was shaking with anger, God forgive me but I really want to strangle him.

"Calm down Ai Pha, I know its my fault, I hurt Beam, I'm not worthy of any forgiveness but I want to make it right this time" he pleads to me as if his life depends on it.

"I'll meet you later, I'll send you the details and make sure you will show your sorry ass once and for all" I am determined to know the reason and I will not let this moment slip away.

"Thanks Ai Pha" their is a shimmer of happiness in his voice.

"Don't celebrate yet, I will bring Kit, Ming and Yo" I quickly ended the call, my face is still red, my head is in turmoil and my thought is wandering.

He is really back, why now? Why does he left without a word anyway. My head is pounding, I think I will have an episode of headache later.

With a heavy heart, I send the details to asshole Forth.

After sometime I dialled Kit's number, good thing that his shift ended and probably spending some quality time with Ming.

Sorry Kit but I have to take your precious time with your hubby, besides its for our friend.

It took almost an eternity for Kit to pick up my call.

"Shia Pha, why did you call, you know very well that I came from graveyard shift and I really need my precious sleep" his rants is quite demanding. I'm sure he has that odd look in his face right now.

"Forth is back!" I said unhesitantly.

"Good Lord, for real?" It took him some moments to reconstruct himself and to gain composure.
