And in that moment my heart stopped. The nurse ran into the bathroom and propped the door open before crouching down to her. Her body was limp and pale surrounded by a bunch of pills, the tub still in her hand. I wanted to move but I couldn't. Bound to the wheelchair I was stuck looking at her barely moving body. Her chocolate brown hair sprawled out and her ankle twisted.
"Can I get some Help in here?!" The nurse shouted and a bunch of people rushed to her side, bringing one of those wretched hospital beds I was all too familiar with. This can't be happening. I knew something was up but everytime I asked she always brushed it off. God she couldn't die o kept saying over and over in my head. This is all my fault. Before I know it she was being wheeled one way and I the other. My mouth wouldn't work, wouldn't call out for them to stop. I needed to see her. I seeded to know she was going. To be okay. She had to be.
