Another lousy morning....

The morning sunshine flowed into the windows of a dark room.

The room was quite extraordinary, from its purple and black striped wallpaper, and the shelves that are stacked with lots of horror stories and occult related books.

Alas, the room is quite as strange as its owner....

Yassie Warbeck, a sixteen year old girl. Quite smart, a bit introverted and highly quiet, some people even think she's mute.

She has short black hair, grey eyes and pale skin,
and is quite tall for her age.

Suddenly, the alarm clock that stood on the small bedside table started to chime.

Yassie sighed, and turns off the alarm, it was 6:00 in the morning, three hours before school starts.
This is how Yassie goes on in the morning.

She crept out groggily out of her room, her two older brothers and her little sister were still asleep.

Her family however, seemed quite strange, too.

Yassie's parents are both embalmers, morticians and undertakers.

Her eldest brother, Klaus was a college student who wanted to be a writer, but took a course for sports.

Her second brother, Jason, was a year older than her, and was a member of a heavy metal band.

Her little sister, Gracie. Was the strangest.
She wanted all her dolls beheaded and painted with red nail polish to look like blood. She loved poetry and books about death, just like her sister.

In the meantime, Yassie's parents, are out on vacation, with her uncle running the business while they're gone.

Yassie was always the first one to wake up,
She cooks everyone's breakfast, eats her own breakfast and takes a bath and prepares herself.

She gets all that done in at least 15 to 30 minutes, and the rest of the time to check all her things and organizes them by lanes and numbers.

And she still has an hour after doing so....

She spends it by watching television for half an hour and finally spends 10 minutes to arrive at school.

School, was not so bad for Yassie, at least she had a friend.

His name was Ashton Snydle, a tall blonde boy with a handsome face, He was popular but sometimes clumsy, and was quite smart as well.

He has blue eyes covered by thick glasses, He was the student council president, and he can be a bit childish around Yassie. He was always seen with her.

But most the girls in Yassie's class were quite jealous of her that she gets to hang out with Ashton more often, which causes all the girls in their class to dislike her.

Yassie walked up to the school hallway, feeling sluggish as always, she reaches for her locker and grabs a book to read.

Suddenly someone took the book from Yassie, she heard quite a familiar cackle.

"What's this shitty book you're reading, Warbeck?"

It was Selinna Hongrove, the most popular girl, and the most sassiest bitch in the school.

She wore her cheerleader uniform and her blonde hair was tied tightly with a bow, which kinda made her look like Jojo Siwa or something.

She was with her two friends, Eliza and Shiloah Roeveson, two identical twin sisters who were as spoiled as heck.

Yassie rolled her eyes and glared at Selinna who was still holding her book with her shiny newly manicured index finger and thumb, in disgust as if the book was garbage.

Yassie sighed and kept herself calm.
"Selinna, please give my book back."

Selinna smirked devilishly at her, with a bad intention in mind.
"No way am I giving this piece of garbage to you,
this thing belongs in the trash bin."

Suddenly someone spoke up.
"Miss Hongrove, it would be a better thing to do if you gave Yassie her book back, please."

It was Ashton, he had his hand on Yassie's shoulder,
And was looking at Selinna, with no expression on his face.

"Oh, hi Ashton, darling~" Selinna tried to flirt with Ashton, which he completely avoided by snatching Yassie's book and said,
"Thank you for your cooperation, Miss Hongrove."
And he walked away with Yassie.
