Chapter Four.

Ria

I didn't feel like going to school today. I just didn't want to, and besides my moms is outta town Ima stay right here in my bed. I rolled over getting into a comfy position, ready to fall asleep when my phone started ringing.

I knew by the ringtone it was Rico. I'm so glad he called! I was worried.

""Hello?" I asked with my eyes closed.

"Why it sounds like your still in bed? You don't feel good?" he asked.

"Nah, I'm just tired. I'm not going to school today." I said.

"Okay good, more time for us to spend together. Now open the door." he said hanging up. I let out a deep breath and rolled out of bed walking to the living room. I opened the door and walked right back into my room and got in the bed.

"Damn, no hey baby, good morning or nothing" he said laughing.

"Sorry, I'm jus tired." I said shrugging and yawning. I found out I was on my period.

"Oh.. That time of the month huh?" he asked. I nodded my head and snuggled into my covers.

"Well, I was gonna take you out to breakfast at ya favorite place.." he trailed off smiling. He knows how much I love Denny's.

"I'll be ready in 20 minutes, how does it feel outside?" I asked getting out of bed and stretching.

"It feels good. Now chop chop." he said laying down on my bed. I rolled my eyes and went to take a quick shower. I got out, dried off and wrapped a towel around my body and walked to my room.

"Out." I said as I looked through my closet. Rico tried to act like he was sleep but I knew his ass was up.

"Rico, come get up." he still laid there. "Rico get yo light bright ass up before I put on my pajamas and go back to sleep!" I yelled. He smirked and sat up.

"Who you yellin at girl? Now hurry up and get dressed." he got up and walked out. I rolled my eyes and picked out a brown and peach Aztec dress that stopped at my thighs, my peach sweater, and some brown sandals.

I had already shaved my legs before so I just put some lotion and Vaseline  on my legs and arms. I slipped on my dress and put my hair into a bun and slipped in my gold heart earrings and put on my sandals. I grabbed my over the shoulder MK bags and put some tampons in there and my phone and keys.

"Ria come on!" Rico yelled.

"Boy hush I am coming!" I said dabbing my favorite Gucci perfume on my wrists and neck. I walked out and Rico smiled at me.

"Aw look at you, don't you look beautiful!" he said pecking my lips.

"Thank you, you don't look to bad ya self." I said smirking. I didn't notice we were matching. He had on some tan cargos, a pink Polo shirt, and some Sperry's. His hair was slicked back and he had on a brown bowtie. He looked so cute!

"I see you always tryna match me." he said laughing and grabbing my hand. "Come on, I'm hungry." he said kissing my hand.

"Me too, I know jus what Ima get!" I said overly excited.

"Hungry ass." he said laughing as we walked out the door.

"So, there's this party tomorrow.." he trailed off.

"Okay? I'm not going." I shrugged my shoulders.

"I'll be by your side all night, I swear. But if you don't wanna go then we can do something else." he said putting his hand on my thigh. I left it at that. Maybe I'll ask Nicki if she wanna go.
