Sanyukta Agarwal sat on a bench in Central Park. She was there, in the park alone, and the sun was just about to set. She felt the late-summer wind breeze on her skin.
Sanyukta had a Rose flower in her hand and was fiddling around with it as well. It was special to her, considering it was from him.
'Who is he?', you're probably wondering. Well, his name is Randhir Singh Shekhawat, and he is the most selfless and caring boy you'd ever meet.
With his pushed-back, black hair, and dazzling dark chocolate-brown eyes—How could you not fall for him? And, not to mention, he was her best friend, and she was totally in love with him.
Honestly, Sanyukta never believed in love.
She thought it was some twisted game since the two partners would end up splitting apart at the end.
But now she knows how it feels to truly love someone.
And that she was wrong.
So, so wrong.
The sun wasn't going to set anytime soon, but Sanyukta could tell it was close. And, throughout this whole time, she had been thinking about Randhir. That warm smile, sweet personality, and noble behavior. In case you're wondering, yes, Sanyukta did start to smile like an idiot.
She signed. She couldn't believe she was doing this, but, "He loves me", she said quietly, picking off one petal.
"He loves me not," she picked off another.
She then thought of all the times she didn't feel well. Randhir was always there for her, worrying and making sure she was safe at all times. He cared for her more than all her family and friends combined.
And then there was another memory; on her birthday. He threw her a surprise party for her,(along with her other Best friend, Parth, but it was mostly him) and even held her hand when she blew out the candles.
" He loves me."
Then there was another. When they first met each other, in kindergarten...
Flashback:-

A boy of the same age was sad to leave his parents and was scared of the new environment as it was the first day school was requesting his parents to take him back home. Suddenly he saw a girl with cute chubby cheeks and a pink nose. She is crying continuously. She looked so cute but the boy felt bad looking at her crying face so he went toward the girl.
"Hi, I'm Randhir! What's your name?" the young boy smiled.
"I'm Sanyukta, but people call me Sanz!!" Said wiping her nose on her father's shirt.
" Don't worry, this is new to me also and I will always be with you."Junior Randhir said cutely looking at her.
" Sure aa, You will be with me always."
"Pinky promise."
"No, Sanz promise," Sanyukta said with a cute pout.
She was looking so cute that Randhir just kissed her cheeks one by one in front of their parents who were shocked.
"Yes, Sanz promise." saying this he caught her little hand.
"Let's be best friends!" She said with a cute smile.
