Not Maggie

Alex sat her cellphone on the night stand as she flipped the lamp on. It was late so Alex suggested to stay at a motel for the night. Winn didn't like the idea, but he was even more against the idea of driving home at this time at night.

As she getting ready for bed, there's a knock at the door. She goes to answer the door and when she opens it, she gasp at who's standing outside her room.

"Maggie, come in." Alex said. Maggie does as she asked and comes in. Once she's inside the room, she closes the door behind her.

"I can't stay long. I just need your help with something." Maggie tells Alex.

"Well, I need you to stick around long enough to explain a few things." Alex replied.

"Like what?"

"Where you been and why you haven't got in touch with your friend?"

"I don't have time for twenty questions Danvers."

"You need to make time for questions."

"Fine. What do you want to know?"

"Where have you been?"

"A couple of days ago I saw some suspicious looking men pull up to a school. Being the detective that I am, I got out of my car and that's when I saw them try to put a bomb in the school. So I drew my gun and fired at them. I got two of them before they got away."

"Does your friend know about your whereabouts?" Alex asked.

"My friend is dead." Maggie replied fighting back tears.

"I'm sorry, Maggie."

"Not as sorry as the son of bitch who killed is going to be."

"I have to ask one more question."

"Go ahead."

"How did you find me?"

"I saw where you signed in at the desk."

So how determine if this is the real Maggie in Medical Bay?" Kara asked.

"I vote we send hot pants inside to find out." Mick said.

"This is election Mick." Sara replied.

"So how do we decide who goes in?" Ava asked.

"We draw straws." Kara suggested.

"Good idea"

Sara returns later with straws griped in her fist.

"Ok, everyone grab a straw and the one with shortest straw goes into the Medical Bay." Sara said. Everyone grabs a straw and when they all have one they hold it up.

"It looks like I have the shortest straw." Kara said.

"Will be right outside if you need us." Sara says. Kara nods before going into the medical bay. When she closes the door, she walks up to Maggie and she transforms into Lena. Kara is shocked by what happen and now the team knows what they're up against.

"Congratulations Ms Lance," Ava tells Sara, "you just found the anachronism."
