Rekindle Sanvers

Good Morning

When Maggie woke up, she realized that the events of last night really happened and she wasn't dreaming. She also realized that Alex was still in bed with her, spooning her.

"Good morning." Alex said. Maggie smiled before saying, "have you been awake this whole time?"

"I didn't have the nerve to wake you." Alex said, "you looked really tired."

"I've been beat lately, Danvers." Maggie reply. This was the first time she got any sleep since everything has happened.

"You're going to be ok, I pormise."

"That's great coming from you. Thank you."

"You're welcome. Now try to get some sleep, I'll wake you later." But everything Alex said fell on death ears as Maggie drifted off to sleep. Alex just shakes her head and kisses Maggie on the forehead before climbing out of bed to go get her and Maggie some breakfast.

Kara takes off her Supergirl suit and is now in her normal clothes again. She really wish she had some PJ's right now.

"Is there something I can assist you with Ms Danvers?" Gidoen asked.

"I could use some PJ's to sleep in." Kara reply and before anything else was said or done Gidoen dropped some PJ's into the room for Kara to wear to bed.

"Wow! These are amazing Gidoen." Kara tells the AI.

"Thank you Ms Danvers, I'm quite certain that they will fit you." Gidoen reply. Kara goes to put them and is happy to find that they do indeed fit her.

"They fit perfectly! Thank you, Gideon."

"The pleasure was all mine, Ms Danvers." After Kara told Gidoen goodnight she climbed into bed and lied down and it wasn't long before she was sound asleep.

In Amaya's room, she was getting ready for bed when Zari walked in with a robe on and her hair wet from the shower she just took.

"You smell like rose blossoms." Amaya said.

"Its my shampoo, you like?" Zari asked.

"Yes I do."

"Cool, so how do we do this?"

"Which side do you want?"

Zari thought about it for a moment before responding, " I'll sleep on the other side and you can have the front of the bed."

"Are you sure that'll be comfortable for you?" Amaya asked.

"I've slept in worst positions and places while hiding from Argus. I'll be fine."

Amaya can see the pain in Zair's face and hears it in her voice while talking about Argus. She doesn't know much about the organization, but if Sara and Ray hated them as much as Zari did then they must be bad news.

"Point taken."

"I'm glad you see it my way." Zari Said. Then she goes to remove her robe and as Amaya is about to turn away when she's surprised to see Zari wearing a tank top and shorts. Then she hisses when she sees the scar on Zari's stomach.

"The Argus bastards did that to me. They thought that if they cut on me enough I would tell them where my brother was." Amaya runs her fingers along the scar. Zari felt a fire in her belly when Amaya touched her scar and she bit down on her lip to slience the moan that was daring to escape her mouth.

"Does it hurt?" Amaya asked. Zari didn't trust her voice at the moment so she shook her head.

"I have scars too. Would you like to see them?" Amaya asked. This time Zari nodded. Amaya unbuttons her PJ top and shows Zari the bullet wound on abdomen. Zari traces with her fingers before saying, "I have scars on my back as well."

"Maybe we should save that for another time." Zari nods in agreement with Amaya as they both laid down. Amaya then says, "lights, Gidoen." And the lights in the room cut off.

Meanwhile in Sara's room, Ava is in her office dusting off another gin and tonic before Gioden cuts in, "Agent Sharpe, I might not be your biggest fan, but Captain Lance will never let me hear the end of it if she found out that you deprived yourself of sleep while abroad this ship."

"Thanks, Gidoen, but I'm big girl and I can take care of myself." Ava reply.

"Then maybe you should start acting like one."

"tou·ché, Gideon." Ava said admitting defeat and goes to retire for the night.
