My light-My darkness

An angel seeking chaos, and a demon seeking peace. These two somehow meet in between.

The angel says,"I was born in a soft, quiet meadow with my loved ones around me. They said to stop looking for adventure, for it got me nowhere in life. I grew up a troubled child and never played by the rules. I had no friends because they thought I was crazy. I'm here now to find my chaotic kingdom."

The demon says," I was born in The midst of war, my home was destroyed and my family left me. I had to fend for myself. I grew up cold and never knew what love felt like. I had no friends because they all died fighting with a finger on the trigger. I'm here now to find my peaceful palace."

They spoke for hours about their own happy places, their pasts, and their futures. They decided to make a place together. Where there will be chaos and peace living together. Sometimes there will be more than the other, sometimes it will not have a happy ending. People will be afraid to die, people will be afraid to live. But this is their world, it's their child, and they love it.

This is how our world was created. Humans have chaos and peace living within them. Sometimes you can choose to be a chaotic angel or a peaceful demon, most times you can't. But no matter what, we are all humans. We are crazy, we are broken. We laugh, and we cry. We live, and we die.

Don't separate us because we do one more than the other.
