There's colors on the floor.
I picked up the blue because blue is the color of insomnia, mirrors, bird calls, and migraine by twenty one pilots. Blue is also depression. Blue is laying awake at night wondering if you're going to be alive one day. Blue is the hospital floor tiles. Blue is scars on my chest, hips and legs. Blue is a white truck driving away. Blue is put down next to white because they go together.
White is the color of snow on a high mountain next to a closed café with no pie. White is the the walls in the hospital. White is finding comfort in steaming hot water in place of his hugs. White is reminding yourself that they're not here anymore. White is box cutters in a knife collection. White needs more yellow.
Yellow is the summer of 2017. Yellow is laughing until you get an asthma attack. Yellow is drawing tattoos on your friend's stomach at 5 am. Yellow is long hair waiting to be cut. Yellow is being shirtless in a hot, sweaty room. Yellow is fake blood dripping from your nose. Yellow is swimming in crooked creek. Yellow goes well with green.
Green is dating the same person three times. Green is cuddling with your best friends. Green is experiencing your first kiss. Green is saying "oh god" in a dark room. Green is pills the size of a pea. Green is watching Netflix on an old tv. Green is a pink room with heart curtains. Green is walking around town. Green is my favorite.
