gemma wanted to stay at logan's house forever and never come back. she wanted so badly to stay and never go back to her life. to go back to real life
gemma didn't want to once again pick up the pieces of her life. but she had to. she needed to. slowly, she was opening up again. becoming herself again.
when she first arrived at logan's house, she locked herself away in one of the guest bedrooms. the only person that came into her room was lydia to bring her food.
after awhile, she started to let logan in. he would come into the room and they would sit and talk for hours about absolutely anything he made her feel normal again. they would talk about everything really. everything except the reason why gemma was there in the first place. and what she was going to do about it
after almost two weeks at logan's, gemma finally decided to talk to him about it.
"i still feel so broken," she said
"and it's okay to feel that way," logan stated," you take all the time you need."
"that's the thing," gemma sighed," i feel like the longer i wait, the weaker i am. jake feels like he won."
"you want to make him pay?"
"i am going to make him pay."
"then you do that gemma sweeney. you come out of this stronger and better than before and you show him and everyone that you will no be beaten"
