Ineventable rin's personality prevented the usual timeframe that takes place for a dead apostle and stayed herself but...
Over a decade later, in the throes of madness, rin made a packed with alaya so she that she could punish sakura and shirou as in a twisted way she blamed them for what happened and now she hunts within any grail war she is summoned within to hurt those that made her this way.

At this rank some decision making abilities are lost but considering she is a vampire not much difference is noticed unless a 'certain distorted hero' is present at least.

This connects her to the status of a dead apposal who could have one day possibly surpassed the wizard Marshall zeltrech, it is know that only the heighest and most powerful dead apposals possess a greater rank then her, this skill comes freely with the curse of Restoration, the usual ability denoted to being possessed by the denizens of the dark within the multiverse labelled as The Nasuverse, it allows practically instant regenerative abilities more akin to reversal of time to the point before the wound was received only holy weapons make lasting damage but stronger vampires are more resistant to those types of weapons
Mystic eyes=D/B
These are the mystic eyes of enchantment they can be used to entice human with ease but magi are naturally resistant to this ability additionally this ability grows stronger with the phases of the moon and depending on sunlight exposure

As a being from human origin, but later became a vampire it's only natural to possess strength and endurance leagues beyond human comprehention

NOBLE PHANTASMS

This Sword is said to be the very weapon that may have been used when Zelretch was fighting the king of vampires, Brunestud of the Crimson moon
After this battle the blade was lost but blueprints for the sword were left for the Tohsaka family to recreate it,

It is revealed that by using the given blueprints, Rin Tohsaka in her spare time, had managed to recreate a copy of the Jeweled Sword with the help of one Shirou Emiya.

Waning Moonlight=B

(Waning moonlight is a noble phantasm that increases and decreases parameters in accordance of the lunar cycle and how much sunlight there is, if a full moon occurs then all parameters receive a rank up in all parameters but luck and mana dwindle as a side effect, this is  because she was at her mentally worst at these times)
