WHENEVER
Whenever life deals you a blow
Causing you to need a hand
No matter if it's big or small
No matter what's involved
Jesus is waiting to help you
As along, life's pathway you go
He will always take you by the hand
Leading you gently along the pathway
He has especially for you planned.
For fear and anxiety caused by that blow
Calmness and confidence He'll bring
When grief and loss are caused by that blow
He'll bring comforting friends,
For you, to know.
Anger and hurt,
You may have come to know
Through Him healing and peace
In your life will grow
So ... whenever
Life deals you a blow
Remember,
Jesus is there
Ready and waiting
AND to Him is a very good place to go.
He is always ready and waiting
Loving and everlasting.
He doesn't ask a million questions
As He already knows the answers
So,
When life deals you a blow
To Jesus, God's only son
In prayer quickly go
Later on along life's pathway,
You will know how that blow
Caused you to grow
And to others then
Jesus you'll show
Then, those others in turn
Will follow Him
As through their lives they go.
