Jesus Christ Is My Strength

In Times of Sadness Times of Pain

In times of sadness,
​Times of pain
In times of sickness,
​Times of rain
Turn to Jesus
​The ultimate friend

My friend ,
You may not comprehend
How Jesus
​Can be such a friend
Be encouraged
​Do not despair
Jesus waits
​ For your prayer.

Give your heart to Jesus
That's all
​It takes my friend
For these circumstances
​To start­, ​coming to an end.

Do not think...
Your life's too stink
You've done
​ Too many bad things
Jesus will forgive you
​ He is the forgiveness king!

So reach out
To Jesus the friend
​Who always cares
He's always waiting
​For someone new
To come to Him in prayer
He will
​Break through your pain
You will have happiness again.
