Chapter: 24

Ashlea's POV

The sound of talking woke me up from my deep sleep. I was on Violet's sectional couch upstairs. I was in the corner of the couch with Grayson's head on my stomach. I opened my eyes fully to see Ethan basically laying on top of my legs.

I giggled at the sight. How is he comfortable? I looked on the floor and Johordan was still sleeping too.

I tried my hardest to get my legs out from under Ethan without waking him. But I failed.

"Hm?" He looked up at me with the most tired look ever.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you." I got Gray's head off my stomach, surprisingly not waking him. "You were literally sleeping on my legs."

"So, I was comfortable." Ethan pouted. I sat up on the couch, giggling.

"Well go back to bed then." I stood from the couch.

"Too late, I'm up now." He stood up after me. I stepped over Johordan, trying not to step on him. I succeeded but Ethan didn't. When Ethan got up from the couch, he must be too tired to walk yet. He totally tripped over Johordan, almost falling to the floor.

"What?" Johordan groaned, putting the blanket over his face.

"Sorry bro." Ethan said, following me into the kitchen. Violet and Paul were both up having coffee.

"Good morning babes!" Violet chimed.

"Good morning." I sat down at the counter.

"Good morning." Ethan spoke up as he sat next to me.

"Did you guys sleep good?" Paul asked, taking a drink of his coffee.

"I did." Ethan said.

"How was the comfortable?!" I furrowed my brows. "You literally slept on my legs!"

"I don't know, but I slept like a baby." He chuckled.

"Yeah, you three looked pretty cute all squished on the couch together." Violet smiled.

"I don't even remember falling asleep last night at all." I rested my head on my hand.

"You were the first to pass out during the movie." Ethan said. "I think I was next, I don't remember."

"Yeah, everyone passed out before me. I stayed up and watched the movie atleast." Johordan walked into the kitchen and got a glass of water.

"How late did you guys even stay up? Because Paul and I went to bed at like midnight." Violet asked, I shrugged.

"The movie ended at almost 2. So that's when I went to bed." Johordan said, downing his glass of water.

"Well, we have another busy day ahead of us." Paul stood up from his chair. "When were we heading to mom's?"

"I think around lunch time. She was going to make lunch for everyone and then we were going to go to Slumberland." Violet said.

"Well I'm going to take a quick shower." Paul said as he made his way back to his and Violet's room.

"I'll take one after Paul." I piped up.

"We better wake up Gray so we can get going in a while." Ethan stood up from his chair and walked over to the couch. Ethan walked around the couch so he was looking down at Grayson. I stood up to see what he was going to do. I walked over to the couch and I sat in the corner of the couch where I was sleeping.

Ethan crouched down and he flicked Grayson's nose. I giggled as Grayson twitched his nose. E flicked his nose again but this time Gray swatted his hand away.
