Everything sounds better said in a cheerful voice, with upbeat music and carefully selected clips and photos in the background, and all of the undesirable factors casually left out.
Truthfully, however, while ADDIS was indeed a spectacularly well-developed and thought-out place, the flashy exterior was only a shallow production put on by none other than Firewall Inc. themselves; a corporation founded in the research and development of technology and advancements, but over time became twisted and skewed by it's prideful and power-hungry owner, Walter Addison.
With a clever front in place, Addison was able to freely run countless, many times unethical and downright vile experiments aided by his head scientist, Adam Walker, and the hundreds of thousands of brainwashed employees who truly did believe they were working to make the world a better place.
Having gotten away with everything he'd ever done, and having attained everything he'd ever wanted thus far, Addison would soon be in for a surprise when the consequences of his actions would finally catch up with him and rear their ugly heads.
