As Ronnie and his "squad" or whatever he calls it started playing this song by his idol throughout the entire classroom, all I could do was roll my eyes at him as I continued talking to my own group of friends.

"Bro, they're so weird," Naomi smirked playfully.

I nodded and looked at Raquel, seeing what she would add to the conversation. She stuttered nervously, "So stupid!" she played with her hands.

I raised my eyebrow at her.

"What?" she squealed.

I stared at her intently, knowing that she didn't like the fact of us fighting with the guys. "Okay, listen. This is so stupid. You and Ronnie clearly are fighting because he's been with his new group of friends but still...it's getting old," she sighed.

But it wasn't getting old.

Ever since Ronnie started becoming friends with Derek and other people, he changed. He started doing drugs (don't forget that) and he just started to act like a complete jerk. "When are you all just going to drop it?" Raquel asked.

"When are you going to get with Michael?" I smirked at her, changing the subject.

She giggled, "Never," she sighed.

"That's not true. We all know he's in love with you," Naomi and I smiled.

Catherine rolled her eyes, "She keeps denying the fact that Michael is in love with her. It makes me mad!" She frustratedly bangs the table.

We all start laughing, "When are you going to talk to him?" I asked.

"I'm not going to talk to him," Raquel explained.

"What?" I exclaimed. "You have to. It's destiny," Naomi sarcastically shook her hands like Drake.

All of a sudden, I heard a holler from across the classroom. "Ayo, Selena," I heard Ronnie call. He had a sly smirk on his face, but I didn't comment on it.

I gave him a face as if asking "What's up?" and he signaled me to walk over there. I quickly walked over there, trying to see what they wanted. "So...when are you going to hook us up with your cousin?" Ronnie smirked. I gave him a fake smile and politely replied, "Never, she's too good for you anyways." I giggled as I walked away.

"You wouldn't know that feeling now, would you?" Ronnie called out and I gasped.

I started walking towards him, "Why are you being so rude, you narcissistic asshole?" I asked.

"Because it's fun...and we know it drives you crazy," Ronnie's smile grew bigger. "Yeah, we've all caught into that," I smiled awkwardly.

"Well, you can go now. We don't want you here anyways," they all said.

I scoffed and walked away, hearing their suppressed laughter. I tried not to let them (especially Ronnie) get to me, but it's hard.

I have to hear half of their bullshit almost everyday and it's just so annoying and at this point, I think Raquel was right. It was getting old. But not old enough where we couldn't trick them in order to play this little game of theirs...

"You okay?" Nelly asked.

I sighed, "I'm fine. Amazing!" I chirped. "Stop acting all happy and stuff. I'm not a morning person," Naomi groaned as she laid her head on the desk. "What's wrong?" Catherine asked. "Carlos hasn't responded to me after we got into a big fight last night," Naomi explained. "It's okay! Don't worry about it for now," I sighed, trying to comfort her.

Half of the day was over and it was time for lunch.

Ah, lunch. The best part of all these miserable days lately. Our little group of friends sat down at our usual table like always and we all started talking nonsense until trouble came.

It was them again.

"Hey, guys. What's up?" Ronnie asked. "I'm in such a good mood today, bro," Justin sighed. "Why?" Derek asked. Ugh, Derek. Stop breathing, thanks. I ignored my sub-conscience and continued listening to their conversation. "Because a girl named Thalia started talking to me today," he smirked at me. My eyes widened, hearing the name of my cousin.

"Leave her alone," I sternly said.

"What if we don't want to?" Ronnie asked, playfully throwing Cheetos at me. I threw them back at him and let out a sharp sigh, "Because I don't want trouble in her life since that's what you guys are all basically about." I muttered.

"Is she a virgin?" Derek asked playfully.

"That's none of your concern," I mumbled.

"Are you?" Ronnie asked.

"Please leave me alone. I'm really uncomfortable," I stuttered. "Alright, lil mama." Ronnie winked at me and I rolled my eyes at him as they all got up and walked away from our table. Our group of friends were awkwardly silent until they all went far away so they couldn't hear our conversation.

"Did you see that?" My best friend, Dana squealed.

"He totally winked at you!" Raquel exclaimed as she squealed even higher.

"Guys, keep it down. It's not like he's into me," I frowned, "After everything's that happened between us." I continued. "You like him, don't you?" Naomi said softly. "No!" I shouted, "I refuse to like a narcissistic, druggy, two-faced asshole like him," I politely explained.

"Ha, druggy." Catherine remarked.

I sighed, "And what if I liked him?" I asked curiously. "What about it?" Nelly asked. "Like...what do you think would happen?" I asked. "Oh, it's so obvious." Dana exclaimed.

"What?" I asked.

"You guys would fall in love and---" Raquel sighed romantically.

"Lose your virginity!" Naomi hollered and we all started giggling.

"I have a feeling that we should get them back," I smirked. "How?" Raquel asked. "Like a big trick...that will get them good," I explained. "What do you have in mind?" Naomi asked.

All the girls listened intently and I sighed with mischief, "We should make them think that they did something so terrible that they will come crawling on all fours...begging for our forgiveness," I smiled mischievously.

Sofia, one of our friends, started walking towards us.

"Hey!" She smiled at us.

"And we have the perfect girl for the job," I winked at them as we all stared at her smirking, with a raised eyebrow.

"What?" She asked.

"How would you like to play a game?" I giggled.
