"Looking good, Ingrid!" I heard one of my classmates say.

"Thanks, Joiana! You look good and very pretty too!" I replied, with my morning smile.

She smiled and walked away with her friends. I stayed on one of the benches at school. Just looking on who's coming in the gate next. I'd prefer doing that than, showing off my attire. I crossed my right leg over my left leg.

I smelled the air that just made its way through the gate. It was sweet and calming. Making me close my eyes and just daydream about me being in the meadows. 'What a nice feeling' I thought.

"You like the sweet air, child?" I quiclky opened my eyes and stood in shock. I turned my back and saw a manly figure just standing behind the bench I was sitting awhile ago. His aura was pure darkness. His eyes, pitched black. I stepped back.

"You! You're the one that appeared in my dream!"

"Quite a memory you have there child, and what power you possess. Remember this?" He quickly raised his hand and black smoke was with it.

'The Smokey Potion' I thought. I gritted my teeth.

"Oh? Tsk, tsk, tsk. Don't say things on your mind child. I can hear them." He giggled.

I stand my guard. "What do you want?" I asked bravely.

"Nothing really. I'm just waiting for your claiming." He said in an annoying tone, while putting a sweet cheeky smile on his face.

"What will you do? And why do you appear in my dreams?"

"Being a male child, we can choose what we want. Be on the side of the LIGHT, or linger in the DARK. Any other way, we possess power. But for a female like you, the nature chooses for you. How sad right? What if you turn DARK? You would be one of us. Oh? Then the light? I don't care about them. I will be present on your claiming child." He said.

"I know what you are talking about. But in my dreams? Why? Why do I see you? Why do I see my mom? Who are you?" I replied.

"Me? *Smiles* I'm Jevel Connell. One of the most powerful supernatural beings on the darkness. I don't let other people see me, except for you, Ingrid." He smiles. "Oh? And about your mom? She's just with me. 'Til next time, Ingrid." He said,

"WAIT!" I said, and he vanishes through thin air. "Is my mom alive?" I said, but he was gone. I felt my knees trembling, I knelt down and punched the ground.

"I'm home Aunt."

"Your early?" She replied, while handing me a sandwich on the table.

I looked at it for two minutes. Putting my fists on the table. Then finally,

"Aunt, who's Jevel?" she paused and dropped the spoon on the floor. She looked at me. She was serious.

"So you met him? Today? If I'm not mistaken?"

"Yes Aunt." I replied.

"You have 94 days right?" I nodded. She pulled a chair and was infront of me. She rested her hands on the table.

"Jevel, was a friend of mine and your mother." She started. "He was a good man, he loved your mother very much. But, your mother didn't return the love that Jevel gave. She loved Jonathan Devindane, your father. Which was a thinker. Making you half thinker and half supernatural being. Your mom, was the most powerful light sorceress of our time. Then, Jevel turned dark for some reasons." She paused. *sigh* "Thinkers and light sorcerers can't be together, Ingrid. It's a rule made by the Lords. They think it could cause so much destruction, especially if the child turns dark. If the child turns light, then the child is tasked to encourage the other sorcerers to be light."
