Wednesday 15th November

Brooklyn Wyatt is my best friend. He's probably one of the only people I actually trust ; I would trust him with my life. He's been there for me through everything. I've known the childish, blonde, boy since we were in primary school. We walked home everyday together as we both like in the same apartment building. Our parents used to, well they still do, say we may as well be stuck together with superglue - since we do almost everything together. I have no idea what I'd do without him, even though he can be quite stupid at times, I really love him.

Right now, the pair of us are walking around Westfield's shopping centre in London. We came here straight after school and now we've  probably been here for three hours now - making it around six o'clock - we've practically been in every shop there is to go in. We're quite lucky to live so close to Westfield's, we don't have to worry about having enough time to get there and back since it's only a quick bus trip.

Walking into Urban Outfitters, we go straight to the photo booth on the second floor. It's a tradition for us, every time we go to Urban Outfitters we have to go to the photo booth, we both have a collection of small photo strips of us pulling stupid faces. I have them around my mirror on my desk, Brook keeps them on his bedside table.

After taking photos in the photo booth, we look around the clothes shop. We both mainly shop in either Urban Outfitters, Top Shop or H&M - they have the best variety of clothes in my opinion. They're all good for different reasons; Urban Outfitters has more original clothes, Top Shop have the best jeans, H&M have anything you're looking for - they have so many different varieties of styles it's unbelievable.

"Brook, look!!" I exclaimed, holding up a pink adidas baseball shirt. "This would look so cute with white jeans and vans!"

Brook just laughed at me and continued looking through clothes racks. He doesn't really care if he wears things from the girls section, 'hoodies and jumpers are better in the girls section' he always tells me. Nobody notices either, not that it would matter if they did. Girls wear things from the boys section of shops all the time, what's the harm in boys wearing things from the girls section if they like it?

Paying for the clothes we chose in Urban Outfitters, we decided we would go and get a coffee and some food from a cute little cafe everyone in school always talks about. The pair of us had never actually been inside but we've walked past it a few times and it looks really cute, very Tumblr.

Luckily, the cafe was on the outside of the food court, which was around the corner from Urban Outfitters - so we didn't have far to walk.

On the outside, the small cafe looked like a little beach hut, there were strings of fairylights hanging from the door frame and window frames, two potted plants sat outside the door. On the inside, there were around six tables and a bar for customers to sit at, with plug sockets for you to charge your phone or laptop - almost like an Internet cafe. Fairy lights were strung across the ceiling and draped down the walls - there was a jukebox in the corner of the room where the customers could decide which music they would like to listen to ; free of charge, of course.

Brook and I chose the table in the corner, next to the window and jukebox. Leaving my shopping bags with Brook, I walked over to order our food and coffee. To be honest, this place is way better than Starbucks or Costa, it's cheaper, more unique and it's never as busy so you always get served quickly - since not many people take much notice of it.

"Hey, could I order two medium, white coffees please, oh, and two slices of chocolate cake," I smiled, as the barista put our order into her computer.
