Chapter 5

Maggie's POV

When the boys got over to us I saw Matt take Claudia's hand and walk over to a rock away from everyone else.

Claudia's POV

When the boys walked over to us my eye was only on Matt. He walked straight over to me and pulled me out of the sand. We walked over to a rock far away from the rest of the group and sat down. "What's up?" I asked Matt suspiciously. He looked hesitant to tell me. I knew something was up cause he was all red in the face and was looking down at his grey vans. "Ok here goes nothing" I heard him whisper to himself.

Matts POV

I was so nervous to tell her. I knew I was all red in the face and the only thing I could look at was my shoes. "Ok here goes nothing" I whispered to myself. I'm pretty sure she heard me but in that moment I didn't care. "Look Claudia I know that we only met a couple of hours ago but I think your amazing. Your gorgeous, smart and funny all the things I like in a girl. I want you to know that I think I'm falling for you and I have no idea if you are so..."

Claudia's POV

After Matt had the guts to say all of those things to me I didn't know what to do. I have no idea why I did this but I leaned in and kissed him on the cheek. I guess I was falling for him too. After I kissed him on the cheek he took my hand in his and we watched the sunset go down on the ocean.

Matt's POV

Everything was going perfectly with Claudia right now. She had kissed me on the cheek after I said that I thought that I was falling for her which I'm pretty sure that meant me too. We were holding hands watching the sunset when of course Carter and Taylor come running over with the soccer ball making kissing noises. Claudia's face turned bright red. "SHUTUP guys" I half screamed at them. "Shouldn't you be playing soccer over there with everyone else?" I asked them. Of course Taylor responded "You guys are everyone else". "Ok fine." I still had Claudia's hand in mine when we started walking back to the group.
