The tears of the Sword

Long ago, there were two races lives on earth, in peace and happiness, the humans and monsters. One day, the war broke between the two races. Chara, was a honored knight in the kingdom of the Humans, yet, she have a huge hate towards Humans. One day, a silver haired man, came to her, asked if she can train him, she was ordered to train him.

"I couldn't go anywhere but this place"

"We dance in a world full of lies and pain"

She then found out, he was a spy of the Monsters, he did really good, didn't  he? Even if, she found out who he really is, she accepted him, and kept on training him to be a better knight.

-[In a world filled with darkness]

She couldn't kill or capture that person.

-[I close my eyes to remember the past, the memories that he had together, the happiness that we shared, maybe it's just a lie? The thing that I need to protect is really big, My country, my people and... you. All the things that's really important to me. I couldn't love you, I just can't.. we are... different. I wish I could just throw away everything for you]

He knows that she's just a damaged child inside of the unbreakable shell that she created for herself. That's why he didn't leave the country. The man didn't want his love to get punished because of him.

-[I believe you, trust you. Even if I pointed my silver sword at you, though I know that, you would just smile, happy that, you'll be killed by me and not anyone else]

"We live in different worlds, the only thing that's different between me and you is the thing we wanted to protect. I called out your name, again... and again.... even though I know you wouldn't hear me"

-[Even if the red blood of yours fall down to the ground, it wouldn't break my sword but my heart is what aching. Since when did I have this feeling for you? You were kind and gentle, you filled up my emptiness. That day when I get to know your real name, you're already gone...]

She didn't have any choice but to kill him, it's was an order from the king. The man passed away, the secret of the country is safe, He told her. "Believe in yourself!". All she have to do, it's to capture him, there was no choice left.

-[Please come here, and listen to me, can you hear me dear? If this is a dream, then please... wake me up...]

"I believe in myself, my duty, you're the enemy, I must protect my kingdom and.. my people. It's the right thing to do but.... Why am I crying?"

The words that he left, was a small poem, his last gift for her, the gift that will show his love to her.

"I believe in you, Trust you"

-[I held my silver sword, "The memories we have, the happiness she shared, none of them is a lie" you tell me with your breathless voice, the tears roll down from my chin, hoping I could hear your laugh again. You smiled and open your arm to hug me as the blade went through your chest, you hold me tight with your bleeding body, the shivering sword I held, there was a crimson tear fell to the ground as you leave me]
