Chapter 20: P.O.V

The thing that really bothered me the most was, Riley wasn't even telling the truth.

He never said anything about being Stacey's on and off boyfriend. 

 

Yes, you read that right. Riley and Stacey are mates.

 

But she's a slut, and he's well, Riley. So they are always on and off. Probably the only mates I know that the bond didn't really work on.

That is of coarse other than me.

Man, I need Julia. I need her, and I need her soon.

 

Julia. Oh, if you only knew how much I love you.

I'm in my bed, with Julia in my arms. She's smiling at me, like I'm the best thing that ever happened to her. And well, I'm..

Well, I'm smiling back, just mine is different. 

My smile is a fake one, or you could say it's a half hearted one.

It kind of hurts to know that I'm just using her, Julia I mean. She's so kind, and innocent.

And I truley wish she was my mate. But to be honest, my mate is much more beuatiful. But thats just on the outside. 

However on the inside, she's a .. well, bitch.

All she ever wanted was power, it's a fact and I know it. She's just using me to get what she wants. But even though I know it, I can't help but be with her. I'd possibly do anything to spend time with her. Be beside her. Or even look at her. 

Her plan was as following. 

She will make Julia realize that she hates Alexander and that she never wants him. Of coarse I didn't know that by this, she meant that she will acually sleep with him. I had no idea. But I felt the extreme pain. Normaly, a werewolf feels the pain when his mate is in a sexual relationship with another. That's all because of the mate bond.

Anyway next part of the plan is, I get Julia to fall in love with me.

That, will break Alex's heart, and make him search for a new mate. There is no such thing as a new mate, what she meant by this is, and I quote " He'll mark me as his and then I'll be by his side. I'll rule the pack with him. As if I'm his mate. I'll be the luna." Hearing her say this. Well, that was just stabbing me in the heart. But then I got a sparkle of hope when she followed her previous statment witth the third part of the plan.

Part three; Kill the alpha and rule with her real mate.

This is the part where Stacey will kill Alexander, and well, I'll make an entrance. 

" What are you thinking about?" Julia's voice came crashing down my thoughts.

"Oh, nothing love. Absolutley nothing."

I've been in my office for what seems like forever.

And I haven't done a single thing. Pack buisness is a load of shit. And with julia always in my mind, I can't seem to do anything. And as if I needed any more distraction, Stacey is her.

She doesn't get the fact that I can't stand her.

I mean really, she's throwing herself at me, like she doesn't have any dignity. Like she has no prise. Because well, she's for free. Anyone who needs to get laid, well Stacey is the one.

I feel sorry for Riley, really I do.

If it was up to me, I would have just kicked her out of the pack. But she's the daughter of the Sliverlake's alpha. So if I kicked her out, I'm risking the whole pack. And we'll enter a fight.

The door opened revealing my younger sister.

I was thanking god.

' Please take her away from me. Puh-lease sis.' I mindlinked her.

All she did was just give me a half hearted laugh and invite Stacey for a shopping tour.

I feel like shit.

Mason and I, we can't seem to work together. 

He's the alpha of the Nighthound pack. That's our enemy.

Alexander hate's him so much. He would have killed him, if I wasn't his mate. 

But Mason is really sweet, and loving and caring. Of coarse he is possessive but he also trusts me. The thing is, he's stubborn.

He want's me to join his pack. But I just can't. I'll never leave my family. Even though I really don't have one other than Alexander. But Lujain, Nagwa and Julia now count as family. WE stick together. I can't just leave them.

But I'll hate to. Mason's final words were as clear as glass.

" Malak I'm leaving tomorrow. I'm going back to my pack and that's final. By tomorrow you should make up your mind. I've waited too long. It's been almost a year and I can't stay here anymore. And I can't keep travelling back to my pack every two days. This is a waist of time and money. Now my pack needs me. I love with all my heart, but my pack comes first. By tomorrow, If you want to come, I'd be the happiest man alive. If not then, it was nice knowing you, and I'll just try to move on."

You'd think he's a dick with what he said.

But really he's not. He just doesn't know how to express his feeling.

I started packing my stuff with one thing on my mind.

Letting go sure is hard.
