Hotaru walked around her lab, working on her latest success. She's accomplished it once before, so it should be able to work again. The only difference is the quirk. Her first success was with a plant quirk, but now she's using ice and fire quirks that work as one.
Once everything was properly set up, Hotaru walked over to the special switch that will bring life to the quirks and she flipped it. A collage of red and light blue light filled the room and winds were blowing from the main part of the experiment.
Once a certain time had passed, Hotaru turned the switch off and everything died down. Hotaru then took off her safety glasses and looked at the main point of operation.
Sitting there were two small kids made of ice and fire.
The two of them looked at each other and blinked in confusion. They then reached out to each other and fused together when they touched. They then touched the floor in front of them and it was suddenly frozen in a red colored ice. Fire Ice.
They then separated again and looked up at Hotaru. The smile widely and tried walking towards her, stumbling a lot along the way.
The two living quirks then hugged Hotaru and it surprised her that the ice girl wasn't that cold and the fire boy didn't burn her.
"Momma!" They said in unison while looking up at her.
Hotaru wanted to cry. She honestly didn't expect love to come from these small living quirks. But here they were, hugging her and calling her momma. She'd never thought she would be called that.
"Hello children. I'm Hotaru, your mommy. Do you have names or do I need to give you some?" Hotaru asked while hugging them back while still standing.
"I'm Jeremy." The fire boy said.
"And I'm Mini." The ice girl said.
"Jeremy and Mini. How cute. But I think I'll nickname you Jem, Okay Jeremy?" Hotaru stated.
"Okay, but why?" Jem asked.
"Well, if I want to call both of you over, I can just say 'Gemini', it would also make anyone think I'm talking about one person instead of two. It could be helpful. Plus, one name for both of you would be easier since you two can become one person." Hotaru explained.
"Oh! That makes sense!" Jem and Mini said in unison.
Hotaru smiled at the two and bent down to their level, forcing them to release their hug. "So, children. How does some training sound? We can find amazing ways for you to fight in case someone attacks mommy." Hotaru asked.
"Yeah! We won't let anybody hurt mommy!" The twins chimed.
"Well, let's get started, then!" Hotaru chirped, her smile coming out creepily from knowing that her plan was being set in motion.
*time skip by a few months*
They were finally trained strong enough to beat Endeavor. Jem and Minis abilities were incredible and their fast pace at learning new skills was unbelievable.
All that was left to do is wait until Endeavor was alone in either his office or his home, and then they would strike.
Hotaru did weekly visits to her brothers house. On her last trip, she installed a camera in Enjis hair so she knew where he was and when he would be alone. Washing it out wouldn't be a problem, either, since this camera was of her own design and was able to find a way for it to stick hard to any surface in the roughest conditions. Also, she never brought Gemini on her trips in case he got suspicious. He might be a cocky knucklehead, but he knows a trap when he sees one most of the time.
"Okay, Gemini. What have I taught you about uncle Enji?" Hotaru quizzed.
"Uncle Enji is a fake hero that's caused mommy lots of pain because mommy doesn't have a quirk like everyone else." Jem replied.
"He's also a really rotten guy who only cares for being the #1 hero and we have to kill him!" Mini answered.
"Good job! Now, what do we call mommy when we're out taking Uncle Enji down?" Hotaru asked.
"We call you Lady Puppeteer!" They answered at the same time.
"Awe! That my good little Gemini! Now, we haven't had an opportunity to fight him yet, so all we can do is more training and waiting. Anyways, let's go have dinner! Anything in specific you guys want?" Hotaru asked.
"Curry!!!" Jem answered.
"Ice Cream!!!" Mini said.
"Ice Cream isn't a dinner food, Mini. But we can have it for dessert! So, we'll have curry for dinner and ice cream afterwords. Sound like a plan?" Hotaru asked.
"Yay!" Gemini responded.
"Alrighty then! You guys stay here. Mommy will be back with dinner in no time. No causing trouble. You can watch some cartoons while I'm gone, got it?" Hotaru instructed.
"Yes mommy!" The twins said as they ran off to watch TV.

Hotaru was standing in front of the ice cream section, deciding which flavor to get. The kids didn't care much for the flavor and didn't have a favorite as far as she knew, so it was hard to pick one.
"You seem to be having trouble picking one." A voice called from aside her.
"Hm? Oh. Well, I tend to overthink everything. It's a natural tendency of mine." Hotaru explained to the stranger.
"Well, what are you getting ice cream for?" The stranger asked.
"Just dessert for me and my kids." Hotaru explained.
"Oh. Well, then I'd suggest some mint chocolate chip. Kids seem to love that one." The stranger suggested.
"And how would you know what kids these days like?" Hotaru asked.
"I'm a teacher. I tend to know a little bit about the younger generations." The man explained.
Hotaru grabbed the mint chocolate chip out. "Well, thank you for helping me, mr......" Hotaru wanted to thank.
"Toshinori. Just call me Toshinori." The man said.
"It was a pleasure meeting you, Mr. Toshinori. Have a pleasant day." Hotaru said farewell as she bought her items and left back home before Gemini got worried.
