All Might sat and thought. He knew there was a villain behind all of this, but not one he knew of. It was possible for this villain to be new, but then that would cause a problem. If he didn't know his opponent, it could be tricky to defeat them.
All Might decided to find out for himself, which included hanging out with Endeavor, who seemed like the villains target. He wasn't completely sure that was the case, but it was the closest he had. Plus, whoever this was happened to be pretty gutsy.
Knowing that Endeavor would never agree to being protected, All Might decided to go with plan B and just stay in town for a while. Silently observing from afar could help him see things that normally wouldn't be noticed in the middle of the situation.
To bypass time, All Might decided to take a walk. Maybe he could find a clue somewhere on the street. There wasn't much of a chance of that, but might as well try anyways.
All Might walked through town all day. Near the end of the day, he could see Endeavor walking through the city. He was obviously bugged by the event yesterday.
As Endeavor starting walking to a closed alleyway, he looked over and saw something. All Might moved closer to see what Endeavor was looking at, and he soon saw it was a little girl sobbing in the streets. She was crying for someone to help her for some reason.
All Might thought Endeavor would help the child, but to his surprise, he just walked away and ignored it.
All Might was astonished at the small, yet unheroic act. That's when All Might decided he was going to help the child instead. A child crying like that should never be ignored.
The child was weeping badly when All Might approached her. "There there, child. No need to cry, for I am here!" All Might tried to reassure.
"Can... can you help me find my mommy?" The child asked through sobbing hiccups.
"Of course! Now, can you tell me what your mommy looks-" Before All Might could finish his sentence, blue flames came out of nowhere and hit All Might in the face.
After the blue flames demolished, All Might could see the attacker in front of him. It happened to be the villain Dabi from the league of villains.
"Well, well, well. I come here to help a small girl and I find the worlds strongest hero. Looks like I might just be in trouble.
"And why would a villain like you help a child?" All Might asked.
"Can't you figure that out?" Dabi asked.
It occurred to All Might that if a child in distress was taken and raised by villains, they would one day become a villain themselves.
"I will not allow you to touch this child." All Might claimed as he reached down for the little girl.
"Touch her and I'll burn the both of you." Dabi threatened as he lifted his hand.
Before All Might could do anything, Dabi's flames reached out, took the child, and then he engulfed the space between them with flames so that he couldn't see which way the villain left.

"Mommy!!!" Jem yelled as he ran back into the house.
"Jem? What's wrong? Where's Mini? What happened?" Hotaru asked worriedly.
"Some weirdo took her! He was a blue fire dude with patches of ugly purple-ish skin and wild black hair!!! I know where they're keeping Mini since I followed them, but I don't know how to get her out!!!" Jem explained while holding back tears.
"Okay. We'll find her. Just tell me which building they're in. I'll be able to find it and get you in." Hotaru explained.
"Is she going to be okay?" Jem asked, failing to stop a tear fall down his cheek.
"Yes. We'll get her back, even if it means we have to give up our identities and plans." Hotaru reassured as she got to work looking for the building Jem then told her about.

"So, why on earth did you bring this child to our base, Dabi?" Shigaraki asked.
"Simple. You have a plan to defeat All Might and all it requires now is for us to lead him into it, right? Well, he was about to help this small child find her mom, so I thought it'd be the best opportunity." Dabi answered.
"Ooh!! What a brilliant idea!!! Oh! Can I cut her up a bit?" Toga said.
"There's no point in doing that. I don't have any blood for you to take." Mini spoke up.
All the villains turned to look at the girl in front of them. "And next time, mind your own business. I was in the middle of a very important job just now and you ruined it." Mini continued.
"Oh yeah? And what kind of job would that be?" Shigaraki asked.
"To stop All Might from getting in Lady Puppeteers way to frame and jail Endeavor." Mini stated.
Everyone in the room went silent. None of them could believe that a small child like this was plotting against the number two hero in the country.
During the silence, Dabi caught ear of something crawling through the vents. Everyone else soon daughter on and looked around, trying to pin point where it was coming from.
Mini smiled. "Looks like my brothers here. I won't be sticking around you losers any longer." Mini coldly claimed to them.
A small, mischievous smirk spread across Minis face. "I'm surprised Dabi didn't sense my brother coming. He is a fire quirk after all." Mini stayed shadily.
"You mean has a fire quirk?" Toga asked.
That's when Minis smirk stretched out as far as it could. "No, you pathetic bimbo. He is the quirk." Mini growled before a blast of fire formed around her.
When it subsided, the villains found the child was gone.
"What did she mean by "is the quirk"?" Toga asked.
"And who is this "Lady Puppeteer" the girl spoke of?" Dabi asked.
"No idea, but they do sound like they would be a good addition to the team." Shigaraki chuckled.
