I've been eating cheez-its and beef jerky for the past two days
And doing quite a bit of exercise
I've already lost two pounds in just like two days
(You're supposed to lose like two pounds a week on a diet or whatever I guess lol)
And I'm confused
I mean
I already walk for 90 minutes, do 140 squats and like 40 squats a day idk lol

Not that much exercise I guess
