I watched as Karlie left their condo. She had a hat on so I suppose she was going to get that shit on her head done. I stayed behind the wheel of my car just looking and waiting for her to leave. After about ten minutes of waiting, she finally pulled off. I pulled into the drive way, got out of my car, looked around then proceeded to go inside of the house.

Closing the door behind myself, I continued to walk in. My boots making noise as I walked on the hard flooring. "Bae? Is that you?" I heard August say from the kitchen. I turned the corner and his back was too me meaning he didn't know it was me. I walked behind him and put a hand on his back.

"What you doing back Kar? You forgot something?" He asked back still turned. I thought hood niggas always watched their backs... I guess not.

"It's not your dear Karlie." I said, smirking as he jumped and swung around with his fist but I ducked and dipped to the floor.

"What the hell you doing in my house?!" He asked, looking down on me with hate in his eyes.

"You don't want to see your baby's mother?" I questioned, with puppy dog eyes.

He gripped my wrist before sternly speaking, "No I don't want to see you! Why you tripping over me, Rose?" He asked, as his grip got tighter.

"I don't know what you mean, August." I said licking my lips getting closer to him. He looked at me, he knew what I was doing. He quickly let go of my hands.

"Get the hell out..." he spat venomously.

I sighed heavily, "I just want to make a proposition..." I said raising my brows.

"Speak..." He replied, showing little interest into what I was saying.

"Get rid of her and we-" I started, before he started laughing.

"You were temporary, Okay?! Damn, I laid the pipe on you only about seven times, that's it!" He spoke, before he ran his hands over his face. "Listen, if that baby mine I'll take care of it and if it ain't... Then you gotta get to stepping! I don't have time to deal with you, a baby, Karlie, and getting money!" He said, agitated.

"But-" I tried to speak.

"Get the fuck out, Rose." He said grabbing my upper arm and dragging me out the front door, slamming and locking it.

That is it... I have completely became fed up with him and Ms. Karlie. Alright then. I hopped in my car and hopped on my phone as I drove. "Meet me at Magnolia Park." I said, hanging up immediately after those words left my mouth.

I was playing with fire. If this bitch didn't do everything perfectly then I'd be assed the fuck out and dead. Yeah, I work for August but he isn't my only client. The drug business is a big place and I have numerous clients. I just don't want to be doing this kind of shit all my life. I could get killed defending one of these dope boys.

I pulled up to the park walking to a spot by a table bed by my truck. I seen her pull up a few minutes later. She hopped out of her car coming right over to me looking angry! "What's up with you?" I asked looking at her face. She looked as if she could kill someone... Oh that's right she can.

"I want him and HER dead. You have two weeks to get me what I need or I become a rat. Got it?" She said looking around the parking lot. I coughed.

"What!? Two weeks? Rose you playing fast and loose." I said looking her over. She had lost it! Was August and his money this serious to her.

"You heard what I said. Two weeks or your ass is grass" she said walking off. I started to walk towards my truck as she pulled off. What the hell had I gotten my self into. I shook my head and drove off.

He is a low down dirty ass nigga. Why he working with that hoe? I thought, as I slid from around the patch of bushes I had been hiding under. I bought my little niece to the park to play and I ended up seeing one of August close acquaintances and his old hoe conversing.

"Tee tee, can we go now?" My niece, pleaded.

I looked down at my little niece, "Yeah c'mon. Tee has to run a few errands then we'll get you home." I said picking her up and walking her to my car.

"Where are you?..." I asked.

"...."

"I got some dirt that you might want." I spoke.

"...."

"I'll explain when we get to your house, okay?" I assured.

"...."

"Alright, see ya' there."
