It was like any normal day at work, all the tanks and seals were fine, we had construction workers in building a new storage facility for the chemicals, which you could only access if you had level 3 or higher clearance, which only the doctors had and a select few lab techs had, the all of a sudden the alarm, that goes off when we have construction workers in because they get lost when returning to work from a break, that means that someone has tried to access an unauthorised part of the building without the proper clearance, so as I was the duty manager I made my way to the control panel and found which sector is was and made my way over there, then just as I was about to leave the room all hell broke loose, claxons started blaring from all over the restricted building and lights flashed all over the room, my thought was the work men had cut through one of the power cables, but as I saw the workers in the restricted building all start to run around trying to find the source of what was causing the alarms and then inside BS-4 or bio safety lab 4 the hazmat suits had started to melt as if some imaginary flame was melting them and I knew we'd had a chemical leak, the voice then started to initiate the evacuation protocol of all non essential workers must leave the site, we then seen the seals on the BS-4 lab had started to deteriorate and the unknown and unseen gas started to escape. I knew we had a serious problem on our hands, I started to alert all the relevant agencies the fire service, ambulance service, the police and the U.K. government I knew that this was going to be serious, I then issued commands for everyone to don there emergency respirators as everyone was issued with one if they are part of the ERT or Emergency Response Team as I knew that the air could soon become toxic.

One the alarms had been silenced I asked for the reading of what had been released which when it came back as Dinitrogen Trioxide I immediately ordered a full decontamination of the BS-4 lab which in effect causes and caustic materials to be burned, but for some reason as I entered my code there was an error message received on my screen by the system, I knew something else had happened...
