Blood Raining

    The wing whipped Loki's eyes. Stinging. Watering. The moisture froze upon his blue cheeks. A Frost Giant. A lone daemon. He sneered as Natasha screamed as she bounced off the wing of the ship: a sharp crack, a broken leg. He grabbed her wrist as she slipped off the side. She looked up to see her saviour; she yelled and tried to squirm loose.
    He dragged her up beside him, and viciously stamped on her leg. She released an murmur in reply. She glared up at Loki, sweat beading her brow from the intense pain in her leg. He smiled and swept a hand through his hair. The rain helped; the ebony slicked back neatly.
     He knew she wouldn't scream, no matter what he did. She was stubborn. But he could help break that spirit. He clicked his fingers, summoning the staff. Her eyes widened in surprise. He lowered the end until it was poking her in the collarbone. She gritted her teeth, trying to fight the power sucking her into another hypnotic dimension. Loki sneered and increased the pressure.

    Barton looked up from polishing his arrows. There it was again. Thor had noticed it too. A soft rumbling from outside the room. He stood up; before he reached the door it swung round and hit him hard in the face. He stumbled into the wall. Natasha charged into the room, immediately kicking Barton hard in the jaw. She twisted round and snatched the bow and arrows from his grasp.
    "Hey!" he yelled, as she grabbed the quiver and tossed it over her shoulder. An arrow was pointing directly at his face. She didn't look afraid to fire it directly into his eye. He froze as she loosened her grip. An arrow shot forwards a metre. He screamed as it burrowed through his eye, hitting his skull with such force he hit the wall. Blood poured; he clutched at the wound.
    "H- hey!" he gasped as a knee was brought up. He stifled a scream as his nose audibly shattered; he clutched at it in agaony. He saw Natasha turn to face Thor: she sneered. Barton grabbed her ankle and pulled; Natasha fell and her shades tumbled away.
