As Grey got out of bed from a soundless slumber. He down in his hands and saw a black cube. Memories from the night before flooded his brain. He gingerly sent the cube on his desk, and he was fixated by the way the light seemed to be drawn to it. Opening his book to try and forget about the cube with his favorite pastime, translating languages.

After an hour of trying to forget about the cube he absent-mindedly stared at it as he turned the page. A sharp needle like jolt of pain snap him out of his daze. His finger was cut by the page, and while trying to clean it up he reached over the cube to grab a rag. Time seemed to slow down as he watched a drop of blood trickle from his finger upon the cube. Everything went white, as he the words 'Welcome to Domain Warz'.

He slowly opened his eyes to a blinding white light. He looked down but couldn't see his body.

"Hello and welcome to Domain Warz. The latest and greatest in inter-dimensional entertainment. Your Soul has been registered to your Dimension Key. Please do not lose this key, it's the only way for you to enter the game. I am the Game Master, Jasmine.

"Would you like to register an account and build a new character?"

"Sure" Grey responded with an inquisitive expression on his face as he thought this oddly seemed like a game.

"Excellent choice. Would you like to customise your race and appearance?"

"Um... No, but if I decided that I change my mind can I go to it back?"

"No, You only received this one chance.So, Are you sure you don't want customize your race or appearance?"

"Yes, I'm sure."

"Very well, would you like to set a new name for your Avatar?"

"No thank, I'll stick with Grey."

"Registering your Account."

[Beep]

"So what did I do now?"

"Your account has been completed, so it's time for you to start the Tutorial. Now, please enjoy your time in Domain Warz."

Before Grey could reply everything changed.His eyes burned by the light that flashed.

"Ahhh.. my eyes!!"

After a few second his eyes started to adjust to his surroundings, and what he saw changed his destiny. In front of Grey were two men fighting. One was an older bald man in a simple brown tunic and trousers, while the other man was younger and wore leather armour with metal greaves. Both man looked over at the sudden screaming, and saw Grey watching them.
