James POV

Today's going to be good day. I can feel it. I say to myself. But for some reason I couldn't sleep thinking about that lovely lady. She was so beautiful.

I get up get ready.Put my nice suit on. Make my daily run to Starbucks.

"Welcome to Starbucks What would you like sir." Says the girl behind the counter

"The usual"

She winks as she prepares my drink. she always trying to flirt with me. She has a very homely look. Not my type.

As I turn around I collide in to a little boy and hot chocolate. But I see her again. Is that her son.

"Hey I'm sorry about that , my son hard to handle sometimes" Mariah said.

I understand.

"Anthony tell Mr. Uhhh "

James

"Yes tell Mr.James you're sorry. "

"Sorry Mr. James" he puts his head down

It's okay little man be careful next time.

"No it's really not. Ill pay to get your suit dry cleaned. "Mariah hesitates.

No it's fine. By the way do I know you from some where?

"Umm no"

I saw you at Greg's funeral. Hmm. I knew you before than.

"That's right you picked his mom up."

Can I ask you something?

"You just did" as her beautiful smile approach her face.

She takes my phone and put her number in it. And I do the same thing to hers.

Well I'm about to clean my suit and I wouldn't want to hold you up.

"Have nice day and use my number."

I nod and I leave.

Mariah POV

That man looks good I say to myself. I tune out the world as he walks away.

What am I saying .? He got money I can barely support myself and my son.

My son is not my son honestly. He's My sister Annastasia son. But all he knows is that I'm mommy. She ask me to babysit him when he was an infant. She left for forever never seen her again. So I filled for custody they let me have him. He's now 5 and I love everything about him even if he's not mine.

I love you too with your messy self lets get home and get cleaned up.

After I get home and Anthony cleaned up. I lay down and relax. My thoughts came at me at one time.

Then I receive a text from James.

Jay: Are you and your son hungry for some pizza.
