Pre-Note: Wow it sure has been a while since I last updated. I apologize for that! Here's a feel-good chapter that is a bit longer than usual to hopefully make up for it! Happy (Late) Thanksgiving! (To all who celebrates it) I am thankful for gold pants, the bad era, the bad tour, (I'm a bad era hoe if you couldn't tell) and anything that Michael Joseph Jackson has graced us with. Enjoy the chapter!

Naya's Perspective:
It's almost 6:40...Michael is usually never late...
My foot began to tap on the ornamental floor of the lobby in my growing impatience. There I stood, arms crossed, waiting for my potential date that I almost thought would never arrive. I began to question whether I followed Michael's instructional note correctly.
Am I in the right spot? Where could he be?
After deciding that standing around any further was absurd, my eyes scanned the room for any possible area where he could be. I anxiously yanked the note from my purse and read the handwritten message carefully once again.
6:30...Back of lobby...That's where I am right?
Turning my back from the glass doors, I leave the posterior end of the lobby to search for Michael.
"Ahem, where do you think you're going?" I hear Michael's distinguishable voice joke from behind me.
My body snaps back around to face him and I shoot him a blank stare.
"Are you ready to go, my lady?" He asks, reaching for my hand. To confirm, I give him a warm smile and grab his hand in return. His look for the evening is absolutely elegant. His sharp suit makes him look very clean-cut and he tried to do a little something different with his hair.
"Hey, that's...different." I comment on his hair as we walk towards our ride.
"Your hair, it's straighter than usual." I say as I reach up to feel it. The soft strands of the straight hair run through my fingertips.
"Yeah, I wanted to try something a little different. Does it look alright, girl?" He questions self consciously while fixing the area of hair where I touched.
"It looks lovely." I express honestly. "You look so handsome." I admire while wrapping my arm around his slender back. He returns the favor right before we enter the limo.
"Take us here, please." Michael requests while slipping a small piece of paper to the driver in secret. Having no idea of where Michael was bringing me, I slump back into the leather seat.
At the beginning of the ride, only silence existed between Michael and I in the limo. To break this silence, I decided to ask Michael where we were going because he had never told me where he was taking me.
"Michael, where are we going?" I ask out of the blue.
He peers over at me while beaming a smile.
"Don't worry about it, you'll see." Is the only thing he answers.
The feeling of anxiousness rose in my stomach at the thought of not knowing where I was being taken. Surely it would be spectacular if it's a place that was picked out by Michael.
Michael continues to look over at me. He carefully examines my body and slightly bites his lip. This gives me the perfect opportunity to mess with him.
"Do you like what you see, boy?" I tease while raising my arched eyebrow.
"You are so beautiful." He expresses softly while grabbing my petite hand which was laying peacefully on my lap. To hide my blushing face, I focused my attention out the window.
