Sorry if it's kinda random or silly, I'm writing this while listening to Real Girls Eat Cake by the one and only Janoskians

I looked at Clem, her eyes droopy as Luke carried her. I smiled, tears springing to my eyes as I thought of the Lee she told me about, how he used to carry her almost everywhere.
Her breathing slowed as she fell into a slumber, and Luke smiled down at her.
"Quite the sleeper, huh?"
I nodded, looking ahead.
"Where you coming from, Mea?" Pete asked.
I looked down, swallowing.
"A-Atlanta..." I managed to squeak out, biting my lip to stop the oncoming sobs.
"Oh...I heard about how bad it got down there...I-I'm sorry for askin'."
Pete sighed, looking ahead of us. I watched Clem the whole time, wondering if she was going to be ok. I sighed, closed my eyes and pushed on. Kinda like I have been for the past year and a half.
"Thank...you..." I heard a small voice say, and looked back to see Clem waking up.
I smiled widely as she tried to smile back, but even that was too much energy for her to muster. Luke chuckled at her childishness as she complained about being tired.
She's grown up in the past year.
I sighed, closing my eyes as I slowed behind Luke and Pete. The memories flooded back as I heard the faint groans of the Walkers that surrounded that hotel. Clem was screaming my name as I walked away safely with Carver.
"MEA!! Mea we NEED you!"
Clem's screams filled my mind, her face contorted in fear, her eyes pleading me to stay with them as Carver draped an arm around my shoulder and practically dragged me away, showed me the abandoned alley way that the Walkers hadn't populated. I remembered her pain as she realized I was never coming back.
I never could go back. Not like that.
"Mea! Mea, that girl is bitten!"
I snapped back to the present, my green brown eyes flashing open as they snapped to Clem. I looked her over and over, but could find no bite. I gave Luke a confused look, and he huffed, pointing to her injured arm.
"Right there! It's a big one!"
I looked at the dog bite, and raised a brow.
"She's fine. That's a DOG bite, not a Walker bite. I watched it happen."
"There's no way I'm believing that. For all I know, you're super attached to her and won't give into the fact that she's bitten! I'm not carrying her another step."
I gave him my best glare as I attempted to pick her up, failing when I realized that I'm too famished to have that kind of strength.
"I'm sorry, but it looks like he's right. She's gonna have to walk the rest of the way on her own. Can you do that little miss? We'll have our medic look you over, and we'll determine what that bite is."
I gave a glare to Pete as those words left his mouth, but reluctantly agreed when I noticed that they weren't gonna give in.
I held her hand as we began to walk again, then felt more weight and pressure on my hand as we went along.
I turned just in time to see Clem fall down, unconscious.
