I crossed my arms, not moving a muscle as Nick screamed in my face.

"WE. CAN'T. KEEP. HER. HERE!! She's been bitten, and she sure as hell not gonna turn here and tear our flesh apart with her little teeth!"

"It's a damn dog bite, and I can prove it, dumbass. Since when did Walkers have all canine teeth? Last I saw, they are formed from an infected human being biting another human being, and they keep their teeth. They have no mutated form, idiot! She's CLEAN!"

We stood in front of the other, staring each other down, daring the other to say something.

"That's enough you two! Mea, we understand that a Walker doesn't have all canine bite, and that the bite looks like a dog bite, but you can never be too sure, especially in these cases we have today. We're gonna have to check." Pete tried to reason with me, but I just huffed as I stood in front of Clementine protectively.

Luke was holding my shoulders, and Nick just glared at him.

"Look, lady, this is our place. You can't just take advantage of that kindness and act like you're the fucking Queen of England." the pregnant lady, Rebecca, had retorted.

"Just because I have an accent, doesn't mean you should-"

"I'm....not.....BITTEN!"

A gunshot rang through the air as I looked at the practically smoking hole next to Clem's head. I gasped and tackled Nick to the ground, pulling back a fist to punch him in the face, a look of fear filling his ruggedly handsome features.

"Stop!" I heard a thick Spanish accent roar, and looked into the eyes of an irritated Spaniard, his dark shaggy hair swept back as he sent daggers into my soul with his fiery glare.

"You want me to check out her bite so you both may stay, fine, but restrain yourself from making things worse upon yourself by harming one of the others." the medic had warned, as he picked up Clem. She gasped in pain, but stayed calm as he checked her bite carefully. Another voice filled the air.

"Dad? Is everyth-"

"Go back inside, Sarah. You don't need to see this. Now."

The girl in the door only meekly nodded and followed her dad's orders. I cocked my head to the side, then was pulled back to the scene when he finally voiced his opinion.

"It's hard to tell. Although the canine teeth are apparent, it IS possible for the Walker could have bitten in more than one place."

"What should we do with her Carlos?" Luke asked, a worried look on his face.

"She goes into the shed and we'll check in her early next morning."

I glared at him.

"You've gotta be shitting me, Carlos. She's a child, like your daughter. It's infected and puffing badly. If it's not treated right away, it will turn gangrene, and will cause her whole arm to become crippled!" I stated, crossing my arms over Nick again, who grunted as if to remind me that I'm sitting on his stomach. I rose up, and guarded Clem behind my back.

"She should be treated right away. Not tossed aside like a dog."

"I'm sorry, but I'm not taking that risk for this group again." Carlos argued, the dim light in his eyes somehow getting dimmer, as did the rest of the group, their attitudes changing at the sound of an invisible incident that occurred before we came along.

I only growled. I had no sympathy for this group. I lost my sisters, my best friends, my group, and my BOYFRIEND. I lost everyone important to me, and since Clem is alone, I can only assume that I lost Omid and Christa as well. They're not tearing Clementine away from me too.

"She's stays out here, I stay out too." I offered, watching Carlos. I saw Luke's facial expression fall at the sound of that from the corner of my eye.

"That's fine. We weren't exactly begging you to join us inside anyway." Rebecca spat, her eyes squinting in a glare as her slightly chubby face contorted in anger.

"C'mon, Clem." I said, guiding her to what looked like the shed.

"I really am sorry..." Luke said. His eyes were cast down, and he was frowning.

"Take it somewhere else and stick it where the sun don't shine, sweetheart. If you and Pete had just listened to me, this wouldn't be happening, and she'd be getting treated right now if you hadn't overreacted." I spat with fiery fury. He only seemed to grow into a deeper sadness as he unlocked the shed, and I led Clementine in and kept my back turned as he closed the door.

I heard the click, and decided to make the most of this situation.

What would you do?

Anywho, if you've been reading or voting, thank you so much! This video game has gotten it's hooks deep under my skin, and I cannot wait for Episode 4!!!!

Which means, by the time my story reaches the end of Episode 3, it will have to be put on hold until I play or watch Cry play Episode 4. Mostly because while this IS just fanfic and the main character is mine, I have to stick to the main story plot or else shit will hit the fan for any of you TWD: S2 fans reading this.

Anywhore, thanks for reading and please leave a comment! I would love reading those!
