The next day I woke at eight, got dressed, curl my hair and put on a little makeup, grab one of my cute shirts

Put on jeans, and my Addidas. I then leave and get there right at 8:59.
I walk in and Chief called me to his office.

"Okay, how old are you?" He asks.

"Nineteen." I reply.

"I thought you were twenty." He says.

"No sir." I laugh.

"What did you do as you last job or jobs?" He asks.

"I used to be a bartender. Before that I was a stock racer on the track. Grew up on the track and worked in my uncle's garage." I say.

"Racing I like it." He says.

I smile.

"How long did you do that?" He asks.

"Been workin in the garage since I was six, racin since I was four. Hell that's where I learned to drive. An the bar at sixteen I got good friends." I say.

"Wow." He says.

"Imma warn you now I ain't got no filter so whatever comes out my mouth imma warn ya now." I say.

He laughed. 

"Thanks that's needed." He laughed.

I laughed too.

"Your family? What are they like?" He asks.

I look to the ground.
"Rather not go down that road sir. It's too much for me." I say.

"Okay. What medications do you take if you do?" He asks.

"I have insomnia, depression, anxiety, and asthma." I say.

His eyes kinda widend.

"Yea I'm a special fuck up." I say.

"You ain't fucked up hon." He says.

I shrug.

"Final questions how tall are you, and your weight." He says.

"I'm five feet tall and I'm hundred n ten pounds." I say.

"Can you start tomorrow? He asks.

"Yes sir." I say.

"Alright let me show you around." He says getting up.

After we were done, it was closing time.

He had also got my shirt size, and before I left he handed me a work shirt.

"What time do I need to be here?" I ask.

"Same time today." He replied.

"Yes sir." I say.

"Have a good night." He says.

"Y'all to see y'all tomorrow." I say.
I then went home.
