You worked in Holister and had for about 7 months now but your boyfriend Ash also wanted a job there, but there is some stupid rule that couples aren't allowed to work together. So you said you would just talk to your manager and tell him that Ash was your friend and he wanted a job. So you went and told your manager and he said that he would have an interview for Ash the next day.
*The Next Day*
Ash rang you at about 3.30pm which meant he had just had his interview. "Guess who has a job with you now?" he asked excitedly. "Oh my God you got it? I knew you would!" you were so happy, but also felt bad for lying to your boss. "Yeh I'm working later my shift starts at 4" You smiled he had the same shift as you. "So do I we will be working together!" you could tell he was smiling on the other end of the phone. "Yay! my first shift with my girlfriend" you giggled, you both said bye and hung up. When 4 finally came you went to work. You saw Ash already there. "Hey Lacey" he said smiling. You walked over to him and hugged him. He leaned down to kiss you but you pulled back. "Ash I told you no couples are allowed to work together" he frowned. "Sorry baby" you kissed his cheek and walked behind the counter.
*After work finished*
You and Ash went to get some food seeing as you were both starving. "Can I get that kiss now?" He asked hopefully. You leaned up and kissed him softly. "WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING?" You heard someone yell. You pulled away and saw your manager standing there looking angry. "I-uh-we.." Ash started but couldn't finish. "We're dating Mark (your manager) I'm sorry that I lied to you but he really wanted this job!" you said confidently. "Well you know the rules Lacey no couples are allowed to work together so I'm afraid I'm going to have to fire you both." Mark said with sympathy in his eyes, then he walked away. "Lacey why did you tell him? I know your job means a lot to you" Ash said worridley. "Yeh but you mean more to me" You said and smiled at him
