In comes the BST Japanese version M/V. In the M/Vs and short films, where random hospital equipment lying around and hospital beds were often seen. The fact that Hoseok was seen with pills in different M/Vs is proof itself. All of the music videos after the M/V of Run, are the troubles and hardships of the members. So they willingly took therapy and medication together to hopefully help themselves. But like any other medication, there were side effects. Before they took therapy, they were suicidal and they were falling out of themselves causing them to create bad decisions and causing their minds to create a different personality to help them handle the pain. They took therapy thinking it would help them. Yes the medication helped them, but after a while, it only brought horrible memories back. You see, the boys went through so much in their pasts. Which is why there were some clips from previous music videos including the prologue in the highlight reel. It means they are being reminded of their pasts, and what they have gone through together, Such as their interactions with the police, Taehyung's sudden actions causing crimes etc. While undergoing therapy, they weren't hanging around each other as often and regular as before, and it drew a gap between them. They became suicidal before because they were tired of everything that was happening back , thinking that ending their lives would be better than trying to survive without a purpose. But like what Seokjin's quote in his short film, "When were together we can laugh." Possibly meaning that whatever they were going through, they somehow made it because of each other. They were the medicine they needed for one another.
Going back to the side effects of their medications, it caused hallucinations. Examples such as Jimin seeing ANOTHER Jimin in BST Japanese M/V and Jungkook seeing ANOTHER Jungkook in spring day M/V. And Taehyung having green and red flashes on his point of view. But some weren't really hallucinations but a wake up call. The BST original version shows very significant signs of a "Before and After".
Let's talk about the green drink. There is a drink called Absinthe. It is an effective hallucinogen, meaning drinking this will have a high chance of experiencing hallucinations, it also has a high alcohol content and an addictive psychoactive drug and is considered a dangerous drink. Namjoon was drinking this during the BST Korean M/V, and he forced Jungkook to drink it in the Japanese M/V. See how Jungkook is suffering because of his hyungs? This is proof, although I'm not accusing Namjoon of anything and nor did anyone. After Jungkook drank the glass of absinthe, he started to have hallucinations and started throwing up, positively because of the high alcohol content causing his guts to spill it out. (that is basically underage drinking haha) Yoongi tried helping Jungkook, but he refused. Seems familiar? Yes, because in the Run M/V, Jungkook Oppa was the one trying to help Yoongi but he was the one who refused. Then Jungkook fainted, green smoke came out of the vents, something that doctors do to patients in order for them to calm down or sleep. See, they are going under medications and therapy. But since Namjoon drank the absinthe, it affected his way of thinking and unconsciously forced Jungkook to drink it as well, making Jungkook suffer along side him.
After the first glass of absinthe you see things as you wish they were. After the second you see them as they are not. Finally you see things as they really are, and that is the most horrible thing in the world.
– Oscar Wilde
When Seokjin looked through the mini classy telescope thing, he saw once again how the boys was suffering making him blame himself even more. In this M/V there were two Jimins. But why was Yoongi covering the eyes of the first Jimin? Have you heard of the myth or old saying, "If you see the person who looks exactly like you, You will Die." That is why the second Jimin who saw the first Jimin vanished and turned into thin air because he saw the other Jimin. Like what I said, there were different universes, and here two universe collided, Yoongi from the second universe was also trying to help the second Jimin, though he ran away and interacted with the first universe causing him to see his alternate self and vanishing into thin air. In the Korean version of BST, Taehyung was a fallen angel, and that is why his wings were cut off. Jin was beating Taehyung. And that Taehyung was being blamed as to why Jin blames himself because Taehyung accidentally killed his father. When he ended up killing Seokjin, Jimin and Jungkook held Taehyung for Hoseok to kill. But why was Hoseok dancing the Boy Meets Evil choreography? Because that what happens in this M/V. Seokjin lost his temper on Taehyung and beat him up, Hoseok didn't hesitate on trying to kill Taehyung. And Namjon forcing Jungkook to drink the absinthe although he knew he can't properly handle it. These deeds were evil. But, while beating Taehyung up, Seokjin Oppa says "Mianhae." And everything went silent for a second. But this Taehyung didn't really kill Seokjin. Seokjin Oppa is alive. This Seokjin was from the second universe from which where the Jimin who vanished into thin air came from. That is why in the end of the music video, we still see Seokjin, with Namjoon. Everytime there are glass shattering, Seokjin and Namjoon were shown. And there was a scene where Namjoon had obtained cuts. It is because he saw how Seokjin was struggling for looking after them. That is why, while Seokjin was trying to save the boys, Namjoon tries to save him too. For he has hurt himself countless times in order to protect them. But what if the BST Korean M/V was the real world where they began to drink Absinthe and see things as they wish it was, spring day where they see things how they're not and BST Japanese M/V seeing things as they really are because it looks horrible?
