It's been years since we've all gotten together. So I just got out of college and I thought a reunion would be fun. Just a few of us. I have their numbers. We just... Stopped talking. We all moved away Because of college to started our own lives.

I don't know, it's weird. We all said we'd stay in contact and be good friends. But it didn't happen. Percy was the first to stop coming to holiday stuff. Which, I don't know why, but life happens. He's older than most of us. He's two years older than I am, four years older than Hazel. She's just starting college. She graduated a few weeks ago from high school. She said that she hasn't seen Nico since he graduated and left.

Which kind of made me sad. Not with Hazel, but for Nico. He never... You know, Nico never felt at home when he was at camp.

I really hope he found somewhere that made him feel at home.

But I made a group message and figured why not ask. I asked about a certain date.
They said they could make it.

So the fated day came, and we met up for lunch. Everyone had... Changed. It was weird. But it was a good sort of weird. Frank and Hazel got married not too long ago, actually. They're married now. Piper was engaged, Annabeth was married, Percy wasn't here. Jason's ring looked like a promise ring. Reyna still leads the camp, so she's kind of alone. But she's also not interested. Same for Grover, he didn't have anything that showed that he was in a relationship. Nico, too. He looked a lot better, though. Like he was healthy now. And not depressed. .

He smiled. He laughed, for God's sake.

"You and Percy got hitched?" Piper questioned, because last we heard, they were happy and together. "And we didn't know?"

"What? No," the daughter of Athena assured us we didn't miss anything. "Percy and I went our separate ways years ago. When he started college. It's been... At least a year since I've talked to him. Have your guys talked to him?"

We all shook our heads. Nobody had really heard from Percy ever since he moved. When he left, he left. He was done.

But he said he'd be here. So we we're counting on him.

So we started talking about Percy. Not bad, just because he wasn't here. Guessing what he's been up to.

"I mean, would any of us be surprised if he showed up completely wasted or hungover?" With the exception of Hazel being 19, the rest of us are old enough to drink. And we had a feeling that Percy was probably an alcoholic. He just... Fit that, I guess? I don't know.

We we're at a nice restaurant, though. So much we had ordered champagne because how often do you drink champagne in a fancy place? Well, aside Annabeth. She got wine, and then Nico got some fruity drink that I think had rum in it. It looked fruity.

But maybe ten minutes later, Percy was here. And he was... He was different.

I mean, like I said, it wasn't bad. He was hotter than I remember him being in the clothes he was wearing. He wasn't in a full out suit, but he wore appropriate clothes. He had a tie and a nice button down. Which was already more than we expected out of him.

We had low standards for Percy.

But we all gave him a hug and he sat down. The waitress walked over and asked Percy what he'd like to drink. And we all knew what we we're expecting him to get.

"Would you like some champagne?" She asked Percy as he looked at their drink menu quick. "We also have beer, wine, tequila, cocktails, and other things."

"Um..." Percy thought about it for a second. "I think I'll just stick with a water."

As she walked away, Thalia was the one that said it.
