Chapter 12

Aug POV
Kash been in this bitch for two days and I'm so ready for her to wake up. Everybody been coming up here to see her and she had balloons stacked up on the table. I had a chance to talk to jea about what the detective told me and to say he was pissed was an understatement. He told me don't trip he'll handle it. Miracle been blowing a nigga up but my main focus is my baby. I'll hit her line sooner or later. Staring at kash i realized how much i love this girl. I wouldn't trade her for shit. She just don't know when she get out this hospital she staying with me. You can't do too much with a couple broken ribs. Looking at the time i decided to get a nap in before everybody come back up here.

Kash POV
"Why tf is it so dark? Where am i? Why tf it smell like an assload of sanitizer?" Trying to open my eyes i instantly regretted it when i seen them bright ass lights. I tried to get up but fucking almost died when i felt some pain in my ribs. Attempting to open my eyes again i look to see I'm in the hospital. Flashbacks instantly came to my head. Looking at August next to me i remembered our argument. Slightly smiling at the fact we got into it and he stayed up here with me warmed my little heart so much. I realized my throat was drier than miracle pussy i decided i need to wake August ass up to get me something to drink. Looking at his perfect jawline and sexy ass lips i really didn't want to wake him up but i also didn't want to die from dehydration😂. Tapping his shoulder he jumped up and stared at me for like a good minute or so. Walking up to me he put his head on my forehead and said
"Don't fucking ever in yo mufuckin life scare me like that again. I wouldn't be able to fucking live with my self knowing you got killed after leaving my house over a petty ass argument." With that he slowly kissed my forehead, nose, then lips. "I'll be back i know ya thirsty." And with that he walked out. I sat there thinking like damn, maybe he do care for me more than i thought.

Tay POV
Picking up kp me and her was making our way to see kash. When August called and told us she was awake i was so happy. My bitch was sleep for two whole days and it felt like a lifetime. I really wish her and August go together already cause this nigga was barley sleeping while she was in a coma. He insisted on staying there with her so we let him. We all know they mean the world to eachother it's only a matter of time before they realize it. As me and kp was fenna walk in the room we seen jea and decided to wait for him. We all walked in and ran to kash smothering her in hugs and kisses. I missed my bitch so much. Time to take that lil bitch miracle out😈

Kash POV
Looking around the room i realized i had to best family ever. The nurse came in like thirty minutes ago and told me i could leave but i couldn't do no major moving around for a couple of weeks since 3 or my ribs are broken🙄. Aug told my ass I'm staying with him for the time being so he can make sure I'm ok and i ain't feel like arguing with him so i just said ok. After August helped me get dressed i hugged and kissed jea nem good bye and made my way to August range. I didn't need to stop by my house for clothes cause i already had clothes at aug house i was just ready to lay down in his bed.
Aug: "you want something to eat before we make our way home?"
Kash: "yeah can i get Panda Express please?" Giving me a slight head nod his focus remained on the road. It look like something was bothering him and it was lowkey making me mad. Finally breaking our silence i decided to ask him what's wrong.
Kash: aug what's wrong? It's like you been in your own world since i woke. Did i do something?" Pulling in the Panda Express he parked and turned off the car and looked at me.
Aug: "kash why you ain't never tell me Khalil was abusing you?" Soon as those words left his mouth i instantly wanted to run. How tf did he find out🤦🏾‍♀️.
