Ryder knew he reallywanted to tell Lola but wasn't sure if she would not talk to him anymore andhe didn't want that but he wanted to get rid of his immortality so he calledLola to schedule a meet up at the same cafe they were at earlier today.
Lola was quick to agree knowing she had to tell Ryder what she really isbecause she also wanted to get rid of her immortality. They both knew thenthat the risk they both must make might affect their love for each other.
The next day, Lola and Ryder met at the cafe and sat in the samebooth. As they sat down, you could probably sense the tension from about30 feet away. They both ordered coffee but they didn't ordered foodbecause the nerves made them lose their appetite. Ryder has never beenmore nervous in his life it's the same for Lola and she thought she mightstart crying.
Ryder and Lola both brought the books they found as anexample to prove they weren't crazy. Also instead of the devilish heart onher chest it's on her back where her heart is located except it's from theback. Anyway back to the cafe, Ryder and Lola both slowly started to relaxthen Ryder started to pull out the book and put the book on the table. Inshock, Lola pulled hers out too. They were both shocked to find out theyhad the same book but Lola's was in a different color.
They both started toexplain what had happened to them and they both went outside in analleyway near the cafe but far from people and showed each other theirwings. Ryder was amazed to find her wings just like his but instead of whitein the middle her wings were goldish in the middle. Lola and Ryder bothsaid the magical L word to each other. Love.
