#3 : Hyungwonho

Prince Chae Hyungwon has always dreamed of living a better life, so he convinces his parents to let him go to school instead of having a private tutor. Since everyone will recognize the prince, he is sent off with his servant and right hand man Yoo Kihyun. The pair head off to boarding school, and the king and queen brib the school not to reveal their identity. Who could say no to royalty? There is a small price to pay though.

They have to pretend to be girls.

Intro:

"You want to go to boarding school?" His father repeats in a questioning voice.

Hyungwon nods his head. "I want to go."

The sitting room is empty, with Hyungwon sitting in a chair and his parents on the couch. The normally happy room feels dark because Hyungwon isn't a normal teenager that can do normal things.

"No," is his mother's immediate response. She picks up her cup of tea and takes a sip of it. "Absolutely not, Chae Hyungwon."

One of the servants that Hyungwon is particularly fond of, Kihyun, hands Hyungwon a cup of tea. Hyungwon nods in thanks because he's the only one in the palace that doesn't care about being royalty.

Hyungwon is a prince, and he hates every second of having that title. He wants to be normal, but his parents insist he stays locked up in the palace. Kihyun is his only friend, and he's one of the 24 hour sevants so at least he is rarely lonely.

Hyungwon forces a smile. "Mother, I think that bordering school would be good for me. I'll get an idea of what the regular people deal with. It could help me lead better as King."

Hyungwon's father, the King, nods his head. "I think it could be a good idea." He places a hand on his wife's thigh that's covered by a long blue dress. "It would give us a break and maybe we could travel."

Kihyun refills the Queen's cup before speaking. "Won't they recognize Prince Hyungwon?"

Kihyun is like family to them. Though he is a servant, he is the only teenager so they treat him almost like another son. He does chores, but he eats dinner with them and tends to discuss things.

The Queen eyes her son up and down. "Well, obviously they will treat you different if they know you're a prince."

Kihyun flashes a bright smile suddenly before smirking. "We can always dress him up like a girl and say they are cousins."

Hyungwon's eyes widden in pure horror. "No way!" He tugs at Kihyun's arm.

Hyungwon has no idea why he agrees. He doesn't know why he lets 4 female sevants teach him how to do makeup and put on a wig. He's taught how to walk in high heels and iron his uniform. He wants the life of a normal boy, not a girl. He supposes he just doesn't want to be a prince, so if they means dressing up as a girl then that's okay.

He feels better when Kihyun goes through the same thing.
