"There's a lot on my mind, but still not enough in my head."

"Shit," Wren grumbles, taking her eyes off the road for a split second to look towards the beat up kid, "he's bleeding all over my seats!"

"KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE FUCKING ROAD, BEE," Eddie booms, causing the girl to flinch her gaze back to the road. Stan is holding a random article of clothing he found in the backseat to the oozing wound, nervously trying to stop the bleeding.

"W-We'll clean it u-up," Bill promises from the passenger seat.

"Not to be pushy, but can you go faster?" Richie chimes, throwing a disgusted glance to the bloody wound. Stan nods in agreement, beginning to worry about the boy's consciousness.

Wren's grip on the steering wheel tightens, "I'm trying, Tozier. I can't just speed down a local street—"

"—didn't stop you before," Eddie smirks.

"I swear to god Eddie, I'll— I'll fucking make out with you, or some shit, if you don't shut the fuck up," Wren threatens, knowing well of Eddie's intense fear of aids/herpes/mono.

Eddie gags. Everyone looks at her questionably.

"If I start being a dick to you, will you make out with me?" Richie smirks.

"Never in a million years."

Finally, the car pulls into the alley by Mr. Keene's pharmacy.

Wren and Stan quickly help the wounded kid out of her vehicle and onto some crates. She looks down at his wound, and gasps.

"Who the hell did this to you, kid?" She questions, crouching down so that she can properly observe the carved 'H'. The boy nervously glances down at her, unsure of how to tell her.

"H-Henry Bowers," he finally responds, "I'm Ben, by the way."

Wren freezes up.

Eddie crosses his arms over his chest, and smirks down at the girl. "Isn't he your good friend, Bee?"

"No," Wren glares towards the boy, "he isn't."

Ben tenses up at the thought of her being friends with Henry. That's when he realizes why she looks so familiar. He's seen her in school before, she's always with the popular kids— not ever partaking in their cruel games, but still, she's associated.

"Then how come you smoked a cigarette together? Why did he invite you to a party?" Eddie points out, enjoying the way the girl begins to fidget with annoyance.

Now she knows how it feels.

Stan begins to come a little worried by how riled up Wren seems to be becoming, so he takes it upon himself to jump in between the fight.
