Part three tomorrow! (not sure if you may have noticed but this is lightly twilight based lol)

(Y/F/N) = your friend's name

• Your POV •

He wasn't at school at all that day, in result I'd spent that time looking for something to do, feeling something missing the entire time.

My small friend group of four had come back from the trip the afternoon before, and I hadn't said a word about the recent events, you know how quickly word can spread. And I wasn't the typical drama girl in the group who fed off every little bit of action.

"What happened while we where gone?" They'd ask. I'd always respond with "usual." Or "the same as always." I'd barely spoken, not that I ever really did anyway.

The last 3 bells rang throughout the junior high school and I eventually reached my locker which was in the main hall.

I was walking to the parking lot outside the school with (Y/F/N) when I remembered my plans with Finn.

I mumbled a quick apology and excuse, before I quickly turned and jogged down the pathway behind the school that led to the woods, leading up to the park.

It got shady, the trees blocking the faded sunlight as leaves where scattered about, the scene was really quite aesthetic, though I needed to be careful not to make much noise because the path I was talking led past a hang out where 15-16 year old students smoked and drank. Your typical school grounds.

There where quite a few teenage boys sitting on rocks with vape clouds surrounding them as I passed. I didn't make eye contact with any of them, my hands stuffed in my pockets with my head hanging low.

"Where you going!?" A drunk fifteen year old shouted, a swing in his voice. I ignored them. From out of no where more of them made their way up in the middle of the trail and had me cornered.

"Why don't you stick with us?" One of them slurred.

"Leave me alone." I tried walking away but they pushed me back. My expression was concerned, angry, and terrified all at once. "Get away from me!"

One of them grabbed my shoulder, as I flinched.

"Alright, that's close enough." I heard a familiar voice say from behind the tallest drunk.

They all looked his way- it was Finn. He was wearing all dark colours, black jeans, grey shirt, and a shiny black jean-jacket. Everything was black apart from his eyes. They where blood red.

I looked to him as well, my eye brows furrowing.

"Kid, you shouldn't be here." They all laughed.

"Leave her be and I'll go." His voice deep and stiff.

"We'll drag you into this if we have to." A few people stepped forward.

Finn fixed his posture, as he took a single step closer, I felt his presence linger in the air and make the atmosphere heavy.

"Try me." He growled, his voice was husky once again, a show of force.

"Grab her." The lead boy ordered the others, looking hungrily at me. I winced quietly, my heart bet it my throat as I imagined what could come next.

"Don't move." Finn warned, taunting the situation.

I felt an eerie ring in the aura, as I couldn't take my gaze away from the rather attractive boy standing just metres away.

His eyes dilated inwards, letting more of the dense colour show, as he dug his nails into his palms, balling his hands in fists until his soft knuckles turned white. "Let her through, right... now." His voice was frigid, as some telekinetic force seemed to order the drugged teenagers around.

A moment passed, as they all stepped aside, and when I stepped closer to Finn, I noticed there was a small stream of blood flowing down his chin from his pink lips. He hadn't moved a muscle, I approached him slowly.

He violently grabbed my wrist and we walked fast until we got to the streets. "Finn wait a second!" I whined, highly concerned, my body trembling.

He turned around to look at me, but didn't seem particularly focused. "What happened to you?" I put my hand on his cheek and wiped the blood from his pale skin.

His face immediately softened, his expression filling with concern. "What happened to your eyes?" I whispered, getting slowly closer to the tall boy looming over me.

He sighed and rested his head on my shoulder, pulling me closer with one arm. I hugged him gently, allowing him to relax, though he stiffened when I held him, retracting his body. The sky was beginning to darken earlier, that time of year. "Come with me." His voice was calm, a warm and comforting smile on his lips, as he took my hand.
