•3rd POV•

It was December 1st, the air was crisp and the ground was dry, the atmosphere was frigid, but no breeze blew.

The bare trees where coated glossy in ice, making the branches sparkle in the cloudy moonlight. The grass covering your neighbourhood's lawns was a pale ivy colour, and the pavement on the streets held frost on it's surface. The streetlights loomed over each sidewalk, casting a silhouette of light.

The scene resembled late fall, the weather too cold and to be autumn, yet it wasn't cold enough to snow at the same time. It never did snow anyway, and probably never would where you lived. At least, that's what everyone thought.

It was Friday night in the (Y/L/N) household, as your ideal free night would be spent in your room, bingeing cliché movies, ordering your very own pizza with your favourite toppings.

But this Friday night, your small circle of friends had a different plan.

• Jaeden's POV •

"Hurry up! I'm hungry." Jack whined, eyeing the (Y/F/F) in my hands as I went to open the front door.

"It's a wonder how you're so short, yet you have such high demands." I rolled my eyes, trying not to chuckle at my own joke.

"Shut up, Lieberher." He mumbled, looking down at his shoes as he waited for me to twist the brass door handle, stepping into (Y/N)'s porch.

"HONEY, I'M HOME." Finn called down the hallway, as he kicked off his shoes.

Wyatt snickered, stripping his jacket and hanging it up, crossing his arms.

"Where the hell is she?" Jack questioned, stepping out into the carpet floor living room, as I set the (Y/F/F) on the counter in the kitchen.

I heard a thumb and some fumbling before a messy girl with (Y/H/C) (Y/H/T) hair tumble down the stairs. She was wearing a pastel grey sweater and red plaid pajama pants, and was holding a feather duster.

Jack giggled, "What happened to you?" I smiled, holding back a laugh.

"I'm so oblivious I forgot you where coming, and I.. um... sort of thought you guys where murders or something." (Y/N) rambled, pushing her hair out of her gorgeous (Y/E/C) eyes.

"So you thought there was a killer in your house, and you brought- a duster as a weapon?" Wyatt raised an eye brow, looking over Jaeden's shoulder.

As she realised, she glanced down at the object she was holding, and nodded slowly. "Yeah.." stupidity lingering in her voice. She was extremely flustered as she looked up at me.

'God, she's adorable.' I thought, a smile spreading across my face, my prominent cheekbones turning a light pink.

"Movie night?" I chimed, turning my head towards the four others, awaiting their synched response.
