"How did you know I was in trouble?" I looked at him, wanting answers to his intriguing state.
"I um, heard you screaming." Finn brushed off my questioning, as though it where simple.
"I want the truth." I grabbed his hand and turned him around, pleadingly looking into his unamused eyes.
"About what?" His tone flat, as he continued to walk.
"Everything." I stopped in my tracks, the pads of my shoes scuffing on the pavement under me.
The sun was now setting along the coast and the sky was starting to turn a soft pink, a beautiful creamy dusk, few clouds where spotted.
"I'll tell you when we get there." He responded coldly.
We walked on for another minute or so, as my head felt lightly dizzy, I'd never had experience anything like the past two weeks of my life.
"I better let my mom know where I went, or she'll bury me six feet underground." I gasped, knowing how mad she would be if I hadn't at least called her, so I made up a normal excuse.

After ten or so minutes of walking, we came upon a steep, rocky bank that led up the side of a construction site. Though it didn't seem tall to the average person, to me it was like a cliff.
My scream echoed through the little neighbor hood when my foot slipped as I began climbing the unstable rocks.
But Finn had caught my hand, faster than I'd ever seen anyone reflex, and he was unrealistically strong, I was quite heavy to be fair.
"T-Thank you." I mumbled scarcely, my heart beating a mile a minute. He smiled in response.
When we reached the top of the bank, it was 4:30 pm and the sun touched the horizon, a thin red streak of light lined the land where the ground met the sky.
"Sit here." He offered suddenly, motioning to the place next to him.
I sat down on the large rock, it was cold, but bearable.
"You aren't wearing much, how are you not cold?" I asked, looking at his clothing.
"I don't get cold." He didn't make eye contact at all, only to stare into the gorgeous scene before us.
"Tell me the truth now. About Everything." I demanded, begging to know more, as my gaze was glued to the tall boy beside me.
"Go ahead. Ask away." He frowned, continuing to look to the distance, fiddling with his jacket's sleeve.
"Alright, why does your eye color change?" I started.
"You sound just like a reporter, Next." He said sarcastically.
"What was with that.. that blood?"He responded with the same.
