this is somewhat important to the chapter

taehyung and jin were both pretty tired from practice that day so they decided to go to sleep. tae usually was fine with just hugging a pillow as he slept but tonight he just felt lonely.
"jin?"
"yes?"
"can you sleep in my bed tonight?"
"of course."
jin climbed into v's bed and taehyung wrapped his arms around the other boy, pulling him close. jin could feel tae's warm breath against his neck and it sent a shiver down his spine.
"you know why i picked you for gashina, right?" taehyung broke the silence.
"w-what?" of course you stuttered jin.
v laughed to himself. he brought jin's face to look at his, noses touching.
"don't tell me you can't tell."
"i, uh," jin couldn't express words. if the lights were on, you could see his tomato-red face. taehyung and jin's faces slowly moved even closer until there was a tiny gap between their lips.
"it's because i love you."
the gap closed. v smiled into the kiss. it was warm and loving, like they had wanted this for their whole lives. which they did. and they couldn't have been happier in this moment.
