Josh POV We start filming The Victory Tour. Jen and I have been together for a year and a half now, and everyday is amazing. We've filmed the scenes on the train to District 11. Jen & I've been careful not to, let anyone else know that we're, together except for Liam.
I'm talking to Woody when Jen joins us to talk to us. Woody says to her I saw, you sneaking out of his trailer this morning. I covered my face in shock & turn around my back facing them& say " oh' shit". I turn back laughing, when I hear Jen saying to Woody I, "was looking for food", I was starving & he says "yeah right" ,we begin filming Peeta & Katniss in District, 11 to give our eulogies to Rue Thresh's families.
Peeta says what he's thinking & feeling about Rue and Thresh, & how he feels about them dying so both Peeta / I & Katniss/ Jen to be Victors. Jen & I are leavening, then she walks back to say her eulogie " I didn't know Thresh, he could've killed me, but showed me mercy that's a debt I'll never be to repay" "I did know Rue she wasn't just my friend she was my ally, I couldn't save her, I'm sorry."
After she had finished her lines for the scene, an elderly man holds, up three fingers Districts symbol to tribute/Victors. Jen's feelings are in all her lines she'd do anything to save me, a family & friend. I love Jen so much.

Josh confirmed proposing to Jen Josh chose to propose to Jennifer after filming Peeta proposing to Katniss. Francis Lawrence asked them to use it for the scene they agreed, that's why you didn't hear anything, Josh was actually proposing to Jen on one knee.
